The thing is, it was never a 'random rule'. Not all rules were written down and KoSing off Cosmetics was never allowed. It's not written down in the TTT rules either but it doesn't make it any less of a rule.

I'd like to know which admin is saying that because you absolutely CANNOT KoS OFF COSMETICS.

I don't think you read my post at all, please rub your eyes, add in some visene and give it another look because the arrow may always be pointing up but it doesn't' move when you look around, so you don't know what direction you are actually facing. I look right the arrow faces up, I look left and it's the same thing, it's a static minimap that DOESN'T MOVE, that's what static means. I'm really tired of repeating myself to people that just want an excuse to skate by warning shots just to get kills and as I've stated before we have dealt with this in the past and I will continue to punish CT's for unreasonable orders. If you don't like it, that's just too bad and maybe you shouldn't get comfortable with things that you 'think' are okay.

I can say for certainty that this is 100% correct. It's the same with Chat Orders, a CT will give a MIC order and another CT will throw something in chat and it will just get spammed away into oblivion then expect you to already know what's going on while saying "I don't have to repeat orders" which makes me want a better CT chat system, something to have their text/name really POP and stand out in the chat or something that we can see what the last few chat orders were. I'm not against directional orders but it's getting a bit out of hand when they are trying to just get easy kills like this is some other JB server and it really becomes a problem when it's nearly a full server and the mic/chat spam is just outrageous.

The way we handled it before was only allowing directional orders on maps that had a working minimap, not a black abyss. So if you can see the actual map then it's a-okay.

They can disagree all they want and it's quite alright.

To clarify I never once said that I didn't see the arrow, I said the arrow is there but it only faces one direction which is up towards the top of my monitor. It doesn't shift or rotate because I don't use those settings, and to be perfectly honest this was a problem back before I had left, so it's not something 'new' that is coming up. Those of you who play CT on the regular should KNOW that this is an unreasonable order on maps with broken black minimaps. I certainly remember punishing CT's for it in the past for not listening. The only reason why I see having the Jihad activation changed is because pressing F has been known to kick people for command spam. Other than that, You should just keep track of when you got it, and the pretty blatant beep it makes upon activation is a wake up call all on its own.

Thank goodness for Steam Auth and Family View, The recovery code is the only way to bypass Steam Auth unless they clone your sim card and that shit is written down on a piece of paper in my house, not left on my computer for prying eyes. A good thing to remember is, the longer and more complex your password is, the harder it is for them to brute force into your account. If you need an example, one of my now voided passwords was something along the lines of ^)L:D*K23D!!t0$9, basically I just smashed my face on the keyboard and wrote it down. Changing your passwords frequently will also help, and as I said I also use Family View which lets me add a PIN to my steam account, so even if someone did Hijack it, they would need the PIN to even do anything other than play single player. Just don't click on links that rando's send or your friends, stop going to these horrible gambling sites they are all a scam and will just take your skins because that's how gambling works, and just generally be safe. If you have to ask yourself "is this link safe" then just don't clickity doodah all over it and you'll be fine. Out of my entire time using a PC, I've never had it hijacked or had any issues with someone stealing any account I own.

My only real issue with Karma is that you don't receive karma bans. I see people with less than 800 karma, almost borderline 500 karma. That's a lot of RDM unaccounted for. There's absolutely no reason why your Karma should fall below 900 unless you are being a sly little turd and tapping people when you shouldn't be. As for increase.. decrease.. I could care less what happens, but I agree with Liam.. it's being used in the wrong way currently and I've been watching people a lot more with less than 1k.

It's certain walls, doors, or one ways. You can only see them when they use their Mic.. Makes it easier to see if a CT is camping a one way, so you bait them into using their Mic if they have one, and it's not like you see their body. You only see the stats above their head, What gun they have, how much health remaining as a %, and if they have nades it shows what type.

This comes down to how douchey do you want to be. Do you use a pistol to keep them in play (because after all, it's a 'warning shot') or... use the awp and shoot them in the legs, knowing full and well you are going to kill them with that warning shot because you do more damage that way than with your pistol if they are already lit. I haven't seen too much of an issue with Awp freekills other than the rando that comes in just to freekill anyway, I try to encourage people not to use an AWP for warning shots, but since it's not a rule there's really not much I can do unless they intentionally shoot them in the chest as a warning shot. Personally, I'd like it if they didn't have the right to do that, but until that changes there's not really much that can be done other than trying to kill that guy first as a T so your teammates don't have to deal with a CT like that. Edit: It also doesn't help with the fact that a single T can get warning shot by 3 different people for the same thing, rendering them at such a low amount of HP, and unless they are allowed to go to medic usually any next warning shot is a kill shot.

I'm just going to say this and be done. I'm fine with whatever decision is made regarding this, I've made my case and I only wished to express my views and reasoning. Additionally I respect and welcome all of your opinions regarding the topic at hand.

But it's not justified, the only justified kill is an LR because they killed a CT or their LR was complete. If the Death Game doesn't provide an automatic means of killing the prisoner sure I agree you can kill but again, the vent is there for the T's to try to make best of the situation at hand, given the fact they agreed to a death game. Agreeing to a death game does not give the CT's a right to kill them when the death game already provides a means to do so. The pure ignorance coming from this is astonishing and this is exactly why I made this post.
