hi guys. i have some pictures and videos i wanted to share. no real updates. i hit 40k miles last weekend. i've had the car since 28k and it has been a blast. my girlfriend got the pro version of the latest iphone and the camera on it is really awesome so i had her take some cool pictures of my car. i also have been trying out various gopro mounting positions for driving and i think i finally found the best one. ideally, i would like to suction the gopro onto the sunroof but i do not have a sunroof. instead, i bought a gopro mount that clips to my hat and the gopro rests on either my glasses or nose depending on how i'm filming. still messing around. i took some test footage earlier today (the day time footage) and then i decided to go to the shooting range so i recorded my drive there (the night time footage). the night time starts out with me starting the car and whatnot. i also do an onramp pull to around 90 mph. when i left the gun range i recorded a walk around and a cool segment but i forgot to press the record button..... i also have some pictures and videos i've been wanting to post so i'll include those too. Here are the POV videos that I took today: Some older videos I wanted to share: onto the next portion of this post. i haven't driven the mustang in months because my dad mainly drives it and i honestly dont have that much of a desire to drive it. the 5spd is pretty annoying and its hard to get it into gear sometimes so i avoid it. my dad finally put in the headers and x pipe that i got him for christmas. he did this back in may/june but i dont think i ever shared it? he also put in the new shock absorbers my brother got him. he ended up also just getting a whole new exhaust system. he also put in new springs so it sits a bit lower. we might paint it next summer. so overall: new headers, x pipe, exhaust system, shocks, springs, some other touchup things. the car runs fine and my dad has been driving it once a day for the past couple of months. super solid. here's a video of it squirting

I didn't get demoted. I stepped down because I lost a coin flip with Scrolls. I just thought it would be funny to title the thread like that. I've been here for five and a half years. Banned for a year and a couple months in change, and staff for a little over two years. I have learned a lot in my year and a half of being on the board and I am appreciative of the opportunity. I made a lot of really great friends that I hope to still call my friends for many years to come. Making a dude eat a cucumber to get unbanned (twice) and being able to hop onto TTT once in a blue moon to RDM was fun. Truth be told, I was never really a server orientated kind of dude. I became admin because I played on Surf and loved it deeply. Sure, I loved to launch and work on new servers but what I really liked was the forums, Discord, Teamspeak, and the general community side of things when it came to this place. I would like to think that that is where I thrived. I worked on SurfDM with Delirium and although the server never really took off, I had a blast doing it. I loved working on the configs or finding new plugins in order to make the server a better place. The Team Fortress 2 and Squad servers were something I always wanted to do and I am happy I was able to launch them. They're both in good hands now as they have been for several months. There's much more I could talk about but my point is that I loved to help out wherever I could. At some point I didn't really feel like doing anything anymore. I started having trouble coming up with new ideas and my passion to get anything done vanished. It didn't stop at SG. That's just how I felt for a while and I still do feel like that. I grew attached to the Staff Discord because it was a really fun place to just talk to people. I spent most of my time in the higher up general chat. Had countless amounts of great times with people. A lot of good laughs and I'm going to miss that. I am happy that I was able to bring people up the staff ranks and I am proud of them. There have been countless times where I wanted to step down but I always powered through it and just convinced myself that I would stick around for a little longer. Back in June I messaged Gator asking to step down and he convinced me to reconsider. It worked because he's very charming. I stuck around until now. I didn't really do much in these past couple of months. I did whatever I could here and there. I decided that it was time for me to go. I had a good run and I feel like someone else who is passionate should take my spot instead of me occupying it and doing nothing. I don't really have much else to say. It's a very lackluster farewell thread because I suck at writing stuff like this. Thank you to everyone who has helped me out in these past couple of years of being staff. I'll still be around on the forums and Discord so I won't be going away completely.

VR headsets are leagues ahead of MR headsets. Not going to pretend that I have tried MR before because I haven't but everything i've read about it makes it sound inferior to VR. They both have their differences. I wanted to buy a Samsung HMD Odyssey but went with the Rift S instead. VR is amazing and I can't wait to try an Index or Index 2.

Thanks for looking out for me. I've been using light mode for close to a year now and I struggle with reading pretty much any bright colored name. I go mostly based off of profile pictures because I can remember them but other than that I just can't read them. Not sure what our Discord staff could do in terms of tweaking the names because they match the colors on the forums. Maybe they could make them slightly darker. It's up to them to decide but I just wanted to leave a comment.

oh boy. this is tough. it's hard for me to remember some albums that came out this year. off the top of my head, the most memorable ones would have to be DONDA by Kanye and Long Term Effects of SUFFERING by $uicideboy$. They were both amazing albums and I am a huge fan of the both of them. They're both my most two listened artists in my life time. I'll list some of the albums i've listened to so far this year that I have absolutely loved: Japanese Breakfast - Jubilee Kanye West - DONDA $uicideboy$ - Long Term Effects of SUFFERING Boldy James - Bo Jackson Westside Gunn - Hitler Wears Hermes 8: Sincerely Adolf Kero Kero Bonito - Civilisation Woesum - Blue Summer Playboi Carti - Whole Lotta Red King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - L.W. King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - Butterfly 3000 James Blake - Friends That Break Your Heart It's hard for me to remember anything else and it is really hard for me to choose a personal AOTY out of all of these. I'd trim it down to DONDA, Bo Jackson, Hitler Wears Hermes 8, Jubilee, and Civilisation but that's still a lot haha. I want to say Jubilee but at the same time, Bo Jackson was amazing. So was everything else I listed. I think I'm just gonna have to go with Jubilee. i was just reminded about James Blake's new album that dropped last week. i know it only dropped last week but it was seriously spectacular. i'm going to change my AOTY from Jubilee to James Blake's album

Hello everyone. Lately we've been having a recurring trend of giving manager's Staff of the Month. This guy is not receiving Staff of the Month for his main role but for his work in assisting his colleagues with edits for their server's plugins. He's also editing a plugin to make it easier for Server Manager's to arm maps. He's a normal guy, he's a swell guy, he's a nice enough guy, he's a cool kind of guy, he's a pretty groovy guy...but then he gets a little SUGAR in him and start to go KOO-KOO.
