  1. Accepting that @roux is a raccoon irl.
  2. @roux reaction to getting wendys 4 for 4
  3. @Ned Cheap ass bitch trying 2 steal 4 for 4 instead of just forking over the money....shame on you. Being able to read peoples minds.
  4. Excited to play this hopefully, I'll definetely be giving feedback on what I think should be changed/added. In terms of T-traps it does add a nice variable that players should play around.
  5. @tides text me babe
  6. This map was a server killer for good reasons. The map layout itself is way too big and all the angles on that map are pretty much long corridors. Combine that with the annoying music and dark hallways, players don't usually have the greatest time. Most rounds ended up being dragged all the way out because of the abundance of hiding spots.

  8. TTT Endgame

Admins - Thanos..... /slay half the server at all times? Good work boys.
  9. As refreshing as it is to have newer maps in the pool i'm gonna have too agree with cam here. Maps like these that section off huge portion of the maps with traps that can kill players have always been a huge turn off for me. Having certain parts of the map being only accessible through one way or a narrow way is never a smart idea in TTT as it leads to door spamming and delaying. A close to full 32 server had multiple rounds that ran out of time and usually this is in indicator that shows the map still needs some tweaks.
  10. This kid is friends with a wet rat named roux.

  15. farewell, freaks

Without a doubt you were one of my most trusted and close friends on my time here on SG. Pushing the troll agenda aside for now, you've put a shit ton of work on scrim servers whether it was managing/maintaining or running events for it. I know from first hand the amount of hours you've put on this server and the amount of hours we played TTT together. Not a moment goes by that I dont remember the irreplaceable memories we created whether it was fucking dicking around on TTT or just straight up flaming each other. There are so many memorable moments when you, me, @tides, @Ned, @Great White Cookie Shark, @MaR 1, @Creten, and other freaks I forgot to mention, that I can't even pick one. The TTT gang when we all played will never be forgotten. Good luck with whatever you plan on doing next. You are without a doubt one of the nerdiest and smelliest kids ive ever met especially when we played some osrs together you freak. Ill be seeing you around on steam ugly kid.
  16. Now I can retire again right? GG everyone was fun ^-^
  17. I wanted to join the club with you :)

  18. May not be your "typical" rock band but i'll leave it here because it deserves to be ;)
  19. Although I can see why this system should be implemented im going to HIGHLY advise against this. Considering I have some background and am currently in the scene i'll leave my few cents. RWS is a very flawed system that only accounts the damage you do on rounds that are won. If were really going to go into specifics and balancing teams around how well a player does statistically I would highly recommend going off of ADR (Average damage per round) as its a much more accurate indication on someones skill. I understand that scrim servers should be taken somewhat seriously and having lop sided teams can make people not want to play as it seems unfair. Now on paper this sounds all nice having more balanced teams ,but SG is a community csgo server. The difference in skill level will always be apparent as were a community server that draws in all different types of skill level. Teams are always gonna be somewhat lop sided as there's too many things too account for. However, implementing a rank system based off ADR or maybe even KDR could help balance the teams out a smidge. People need to understand that because its a scrim server that allows anyone to join the teams are always going to be somewhat skewed. If people can't handle this then I would advise them to just stick to matchmaking and play with their skill level. Having fun and playing on equally balanced teams on a scrim server is just frankly impossible due to too many variables. I think its important for our players to know that the scrim servers are their to help improve themselves as players and shouldn't feel discouraged if their teams is losing badly. It happens all the time even in mm, esea, faceit, etc.

You look like a raccoon kid.

  21. I play with my monitor off, maybe they'll have a chance ;) On topic, grats to the three of you ^_^
  22. Similar to what a lot of people said in the previous forum post, lets stray away from anything in game related. Things such as kevlar/radar (you name it) would be unfair and unbalanced for the newer players. As for the idea of getting rewards for certain milestones, I think its something we could definitely consider. Similar to my old post, having incentives is important to keep both newer and older players around as it creates something to work for/achieve. Maybe having in game store items purchasable for reaching a certain milestone would be interesting, similar to how certain items are only accessible if you have vip or sub. Personally, I think having an in-game model would be really rewarding ,but im not sure if its doable atm. Nonetheless, this is a solid post that we as an community should discuss as it pertains to retaining players on TTT.
  23. I'll throw in my thoughts as it wouldn't hurt to get another opinion on this. The overarching problem I have with this suggestion is how you're indirectly separating the communities. I think people need to step back and look at the big picture and that is what steam-gamers means to all of us. In the end we're a community/family thats working towards a common goal of trying to make servers that are enjoyable for everyone. Taken directly from admin application faqs what it means to be an admin "Being an admin is simply being able to keep our servers free of rule breakers and griefers". This being said if your intent is to only be an admin for a specific server, you're missing the big picture. If you're gonna apply to be an admin that means knowing the rules and regulations on ALL servers whether you like it or not. If you really cared about the servers reading up on rules and taking a little bit of extra time to know the other servers should be a cake walk. Which leads me to my next point. If we were to do specific only admins that would make it way to easy for players to become admins. I think its important that these newer regulars that want to become admin work for what they want and honestly were not asking for much. Learning some extra rules for other servers and getting the hang of other game modes is really not that difficult. What I may say might sound harsh but, if your intent was to only stay on one server and admin only a single server I don't think you're cut out to be an admin to begin with. Know what you sign up for and being an admin means being able to handle multiple responsibilities.
