I think the discussion on T ranks is already done, considering not only it’s been rejected previously but we have the gangs plugin. If the managers want to bring this idea up, then fuck I might be wrong. Main thing I wanted to hammer down on your post is that we get that ct side needs an incentive, and anything added that gives T side an incentive is bad. We know this, repeating it won’t help. What will help instead of constantly saying CT side needs an incentive is to suggest incentives or ideas for CT side. There are apparently some new things coming that may help the poor ratios and little cts, so we should just sit tight and give suggestions when we think of them instead of complaining:

Using the VoiceMaster Bot, if you are accepted into a channel where there is already an owner and you leave and rejoin and type .voice claim it gives the channel permission to whoever types It first upon that player re-joining. Basically, whenever a new player joins a private voice channel the permissions are reset. In this clip, no one is the voice channel owner, yet when someone tries to claim voice channel owner it says the voice channel owner is still in the voice channel. Case tries to claim ownership (We get the same message that the owner is already in chat), he tries to voice deny me and it says he does not own a channel, and then it allows him to claim the voice channel ownership: Separate broken screenshot: S/o @kuri @Case. @R3Flex for bug testing

I don't think it's that hard to tell who's experienced or not; We have /top and if you play for a few days you'll be able to tell who's good by who's top fragging/wiping the CTs. This idea has been suggested multiple times but rejected because of A. It would make Tab/Chat kind of messy, B. Because we already have the Gangs system, and C. Tik Tok which is historically known (not really but) to be super political due to all the teenagers on it has been seeing lots of creators stepping up to the BLM cause almost like a disease (Not in a bad way). However, many have become upset with the app because many of the BLM content has been banned/removed, so Tik Tok had to come out in a damage control move to clarify they are with the BLM movement. Very interesting how much power the BLM and teenagers hold to scare companies into joining up with the movement when people get upset.

I personally, and many other people, just find CT side utterly BORING. Playing revamp/razor 24/7 going from soccer to big cage, no one wanting to do a voluntary deathgame, and then giving in to a freeday simply isn't fun. It's because of that, that no one wants to play CT and the ratio goes to shit. There's no incentive to play CT side when you have to carry the entire team, just to get 1-tapped when your team isn't watching your back and you're trying to take a prisoners pistol. The second you try to bring some fun orders or ideas to CT side you have another CT contradict/fight you, or you get burned out because you've been trying to change the CT side meta for too long. Don't shit on the people asking for a CT buff, they just keep getting destroyed on CT side by multiple regs while the T team goes "Shit CTs". Regardless if they're shit or not, they're the ones who suck it up and play CT. I actually forgot about that post, even though I posted in it twice, thanks. What other incentives can we give for CTs? In the thread you linked the main issue was that we had was that there were too many CTs, but it's quite opposite nowadays. Credits are useless for regs, models ruin the incentive for Sub/VIP, and there doesn't seem to be any system coming in the future that favors higher leveled CTs. Even if we did have a system like that, what would it even do for them? The CT-Priority Queue was suggested for people ranked Lieutenant+, but like the cosmetics suggestion it was overturned i favor for Subs/VIPs. I think @Vanya's idea has some merit, but also has some bad attributes; Most people would have the same/similar low score, some CTs would go super tryhard and ruin the fun, and it's not that big of an incentive.

What about a plugin that buffs the CT's health by 5-10* HP when the ratio goes to shit? On Razor/Revamp/VIP/Obama people struggle with the number of secrets that overwhelm the CTs, so they get stuck on T side because the rounds are over in a minute and they're getting overrun by the Ts. On Mario/Architect/Canyondam/XMF or other maps that get nominated a lot I find people not playing CT simply because they don't know the map and are out of their comfort zone. What about a plugin that can detect when the ratio is shit, and give CTs extra HP? Because currently, playing CT side is extremely hard on the four maps I listed originally.

Right, but what's wrong with knifing the air while you're strafing during a guntoss, or just slicing the air randomly like people do. If it's possible it should only cheat the LR if the T damages a CT That's intended, and makes sense

Putting a limit on the number of people that can have a special order seems random and addig more confusion to the rules in my opinion. I agree with @urpalerp , just say "FD/Special order revoked" if you're not sure a T has a special order/FD or not.

I'm pretty sure the radar is something the map maker creates (Something we discussed in-game), for example Thorgot created his own radar for Arcade and put his name inside it. It would be cool to have radar's for each map, but it's not life or death (We don't really need it).

It's a grindy game like I said, if you don't put in the time you won't be as kitted/geared out as others. If you find the grind of the game fun, like me, you'll like the game. However, there are a lot of players unhappy how the game's path exponentially increases in difficulty towards the end game. Once you have all the best gear, the only thing you can do is skill grinding and Slayers (I won't explain Slayers unless someone really wants me to). Skill grinding is a super long and tedious process, and that's why Dungenos will bring back a lot more players that quit due to it.
