I noticed there's now a 3-second warmup, which is awesome! I just wanted to reply to this thread and say that some people are still getting cucked, so a 5-10 second warmup would be cool to help them out. If it's not implemented, the current 3-second warmup still works really well. @Infinityward @Bacon Thanks!

There is a ratio lock that goes into effect when the ratio strays off a certain amount, but this thread was about a queue for people to get onto the CT side. Ratio's for the server are typically 1:2 or 2:3, but it's more specific than that sometimes. Some maps may need a ratio more in favor of the CTs or the Ts, so the admins exercise their discretion in that scenario and may choose to switch/fix the ratio or not. If you think the ratio is skewed and want an admin online to fix it, just politely bring it to their attention (This goes with most issues)

It's technically a warday, but there's no need to call it one. Even though I've experienced some mixed definitions from admins and the forums, the general definition for "Enforcing" is for a CT to either be near the general population of Ts and making sure none of them have guns or be pursuing a rebeller. If the CTs are sitting in the deathcrate secret like @the baconator described, they're camping and not enforcing. Player opinion, not the official response^

The only maps purgeable (through my experiences and opinions) are jb_mariowolrd_rsc_sgedit_v4, ba_jail_xmf_v1-2 (Hasn't been on the rotation long enough to be included though), ba_mlcastle_se, and jb_kwejsi_v4_sgedit. I'm fine with a map purge event, we just need to remember to remind players to go vote on the map removal threads that get created afterward.

I really see no need to remove the secret. The reason that secret is actually good for CTs is because it forces them to get out of armory and give orders ASAP. Whenever the CT team gets wiped from a round like that, it's a lesson for next round; Forcing the CTs to give orders immediately instead of not using the first order properly. The secret is only ever harmful when a CT takes the first order and doesn't get out of the armory, and instead casually talks on mic; They later notice the Ts are all out of their cells, and by the time they say "Freeze" half the Ts are already across the map. There's nothing wrong with the secret, just the CTs who aren't doing their job. Responding to @Phoenix_ : I agree with your point, and see how I could have been/was blindsided. I think @Cody. 's idea is a good one (Like you said Phoenix), and should be discussed.

It could be a reward of Lieutenant+ to get priority queue, an incentive to play CT side (Other incentives would be nice too [Cosmetics]). The only reason I brought up the idea was my fear that: Sure, this is just premature fear to a change rumored to come, but I figured if the AT's liked the sound of the Idea why not add it. Sure, there are "Shitty Lieutenants", but those players are regulars with general knowledge of the server (Types of players we want on CT side). Also, the priority queue wouldn't stop the Casual CT (The "good CTs" you are referring to) from playing CT side, they'd just have to wait a round or two more to get on CT side.

I heard the idea of a CT-queue is hitting the servers, so I thought a priority queue would be ideal for getting good CTs onto the team ASAP. We all know getting good CTs is hard, but if we don't introduce a priority queue a good CT will have a hard time getting onto the team to help if lots of newer and inexperienced players are hoarding up the queue. I propose we add a priority queue that applies to anyone with the rank lieutenant+. The reason I chose the lieutenant rank is because it gives enough time for a CT to learn the ropes of the role and anyone who's invested that much time into the server has adequate knowledge of the rules. TL;DR: Have a regular queue for CTs ranked Private-Officer and have a CT-Priority queue for CTs ranked Lieutenant+

About the vents thing: You can absolutely warning shot those players, and if they bitch and complain just tell them it's delaying and move on. I believe in today's meeting they discussed adding an announcement that said any CT can give orders and there is no warden, so we should look forward to that.

I've never been an admin, so don't look for a solid answer in my post, but these are my 2 cents. I assume the A (Administrator) rank is used to recognize new admins who are still learning the ropes of their role and commands, while SA (Senior Administrator) is used to recognize solid admins.

A T (or CT) can see someone who's LRing from across the map with the LR words that are above their head, letting them know where the CT is at all times and be able to kill them easily. S/o to @Disparity and Don't Marsh My Mellow @Cept For Her @Infinityward

This started happening after the change we implemented to combat AFK people. What it does is it makes everyone a spectator role first, then you have to change to T or CT side. I'm not saying to remove the above change ^, but just add a warm-up.
