Before (in time) that was most likely the reason, but as @BoM said, people form their opinions and actions to the "norm" of the society. Sure there are guys that shave their entire body's, but it's mostly viewed as "weird" because that's how society has raised us. The cultural norm of "women shaving" most likely sprouted from men not shaving. So, if a women weren't to shave she'd seem like a man (Which until a decade or two ago was frowned upon). Yes, there are also women who do not shave, but society pushes them to. I went to a camp last year where I was friends with a girl who's culture didn't allow her to shave. She was ridiculed and mocked by other girls for not shaving, because those girls were taught by their moms to shave. A few weeks later the girl came to camp shaved because society pushed her to.

Those "kill hungry" cts typically know the rules, and properly enforce them. Getting a pardon to an LR is a privilege already, it's called a LAST REQUEST for a reason. Any CT is allowed to revoke a pardon. As I've stated multiple times, the best type of ranking system would be some sort of algorithm that takes into account kills, hours, and another thing.

Thanks everyone for the clarity. This would be playing with words, which is really shitty for CT's and T's to do. It's like a CT saying for all the t's to bum rush medic, and then a T stands on the roof of medic. In this scenario, the T would get a warning shot, and then told off. I understand now that since it is a voluntary death game, the T's getting confused is allowed. Thanks again.

Recently on Jailbreak, there's been a simon says trend going around that I don't think complies with the rules. I wasn't able to find exact rules for Simon Says, but I'm confident you're not supposed to overly confuse the T's. The new trend is when a CT says that they're simon, then tells them," Simon Says from now on you will call me/respond to Joker insteaad of Simon Says." Then, the CT says," THE Joker says (some simon says order)". He then proceeds to kill everyone that did the action, because he said "THE joker says", instead of just "Joker Says". I don't think this is allowed, and the player that does it most often has received warnings from an admin. However, his defense is that he's done it while other admins are online and they do not seem to have a problem with it. Is this form of simon says allowed? And what are the exact rules for voluntary LR's and simon says specifically.

Seems like a cool idea, but there are a few issues with it. A deathmatch might be fun, but then it takes away players and admins attention from the rest of the jailbreak round. Also, I feel like a whole bunch of 1v1's or a deathmatch might put a strain on the server.

The regular kind has always been the best, none of that extra bullshit.

Changing my opinion lol I thought it over today at the beach, and CT chaos is what's good on JB. You'll always have a T rebelling, and killing them as a CT isn't that big of a deal since they're unarmed. However, being able to control a whole server after a CT sabotages is what makes you a good CT. Thanks @Bacon. Any CA+ can close this thread/make it answered if they feel so.

That's just the fault of the T. However, something me and @Auto use is "Regular Auto gun-toss rules" and it works out for us. If we could set up a norm for gun-toss that would be cool. Then, t's could say "regular gun-toss rules minus x y and z" and edit their lr accordingly.

I like the idea, but we'd need to extend the amount of time that it takes to rtv on a new map. I don't know how long it is, usually halfway through the first round on jailbreak I can RTV. This would help us so we don't RTV every five minutes and not land on a map.
