I have, but I really like the taste and consistency of beef. Game animals just don't do it for me, with the exception of deer jerky. I would love to try something crazy like elephant or hippo, though I'm pretty sure that would be supporting something illegal so I'd pass if given the chance.

It's camouflaged by the lettuce ;) I like them on the flavorful and spicy side, so I use tons of lettuce to cut down on the burn and slightly dilute the saltiness. Also, I think I used a little more than normal because I didn't have a useful amount of lettuce after I took what I wanted; I just threw the rest in.

Tacos, made with organic beef, taco seasoning (not that cheap McCormick shit), added to taco seasoning was lime juice, honey, and chipotle pepper powder. Organic red lettuce. Pulled pork Belgian waffle sandwich, with organic maple syrup. Artichoke, with artichoke heart cut up and served in olive oil. Ingredients for best fucking coffee ever.
