  1. I didn't fix escape for you to stalk me....... or did I?

  2. they used to before corsair got a handle on their own stuff. I used to review that stuff and asking for specific new models generally resulted in a have you already reviewed a psu by X (coolermaster, pcpower and cooling, foxconn etc) OCZ was a big rebadger of the designs as well back then, I don't keep up with them these days, but it was always funny to read about "HOT NEW PSU!!!!111!!!" which was the same one that came out the month before with a few different loomed connectors.
  3. because you want me to whisper sweet nothings in your ear about how Zombie escape is not gonna lag today xD
  4. the 380 is a barely shortened 9mm, the idea was to get 9mm esc stopping power and penetration with a even more concealable frame and less weight. they DO NOT interchange with 9mm bullets.... (don't ask me how many times I've seen idiots try.) I swapped my 1911 to pachmeyer grips, and have a slightly lightened ambidextrous safety coming in and gonna clean up and polish the feed ramp and smooth the trigger a bit more for a crisper break. (not mine, just has the grips)
  5. its freaking unnaturally cool out in VA atm, in may it's only 77 deg f (25c). that is nothing. our summers are 90+ f and easily 60-80% humidity (every august afternoon it storms almost exactly like clockwork) freaking chilly ass places some of you people live in xD
  6. well corsair has a pretty good warrenty, so i wouldn't be too worried, but test each component separately so you dont fry anything else if one part did get a jolt
  7. the cd player, the sega game gear was probably the big game changer as far as electronics in the early 90's that was a full color back lit lcd screen that could play for hours on. took like 8 batteries to run it though. the Pentium 2 processor was a game changer as well the rise of AOL , and netscape browser bringing html and the web into the home. highspeed online gaming *for the time) the first mmorpgs, the first mmofps's (quake doom, tribes) the pc game industries took off with the rise of the voodoo graphics cards. nvidia and ATI started becoming houshold names as well. projection screen tv's, multifunction remote controls, the home PC market really took off then with the rise of GUI interface windows 3.1 then 95 then 98, mac os in color ibm had os2, as sub 1000 dollar pc's became available to the home user that were powerful enough to rival business systems. go look up 90's tech on the history channel and go from there.
  8. tech admins are really feeling the love today, good thing you put this up after server maintenance is mostly done xD
  9. you are missing highsky and allen xD
  10. Terrible lag

type in console net_graph 3 watch the choke number if it shoots to above 10 anytime other then round starts in cs:S or any valve engine then you have a problem with your vid card settings or the performance of your vid card. if you are getting choke drop your visual effects down one notch and try again. this is something you can see very blatantly if people throw alot of HE grenades or flash nades. also make sure your rates are correct cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 100 rate 25000 fps_max 200 or less
  11. get your 08 newfaginess out my forums
  12. dont hate the players daze, hate the game
  13. ive been here over a year longer then you there bweth season, that almost makes you the newbie.
  14. someone called?
  15. Steam Problems

just reinstall steam to the same area, or if you want a fresh start right click each game you own in the games library and go to properties, then local content and use the backup option then reinstall steam.
  16. i suggest you go grab macafee stinger. google that name and you will find it, its is a stand alone virus scanner that isn't installed or otherwise requires your system to run anything to use it. run in safe mode for best chances of removing or detecting things that like to hide or load and hook into active processes. while macafee's regular run all the time AV may be utter crap, stinger is one of the best network tools to deploy for virus/trojan/rootkit cleaning. they also have a version that detects and removes fake AV, though if it covers your version IDK read their site.
  17. New Monitor

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824254043 I have one of them if you plan to go big they are a good mix between high performance, without insane price.
  18. Hey Allan #2

we already moved the post, its a mainsite code issue that we are working on swapping over to when we move to vb 4 the front page doesnt know how to compress pictures to fit the frame. how bout you troll a bit less and just pm a higherup. oh wait, that wouldnt be as lulzworthy apparently.
  19. nope came up in random research for a new server we are starting
  20. Dual Monitors

depends on the game you are playing, FPS yes absolutely but for third person shooters and mmorpgs the center being blocked is much less disadvantageous. either way multi monitors are cool, but im waiting for the borderless style multi monitors that samsung was supposedly working on, because then nothing is in the way of massive resolution Blue screens of death
  21. haggard has a daughter as well, so who knows
  22. stop thread necroing post so old that you wouldn't even know the original posters.
  23. if you read the review unless you are into heavy video editing and or multi threaded applications the 4 core intel i series are beating this 6 core. so while I am not saying dont buy AMD, but think logically and do some research read the reviews and pick your chips based on what you do most and is the most bang for your buck. if all you do is game a dual or quad core is overkill, a 6 core is bragging rights, but rarely will you activate 4 cores in gaming, much less 6. new games may be multi threading capable which renders this argument moot, but until then its nice pc bling, not gaming zomg must have.
  24. Dual Monitors

sure in general, but maxxing settings on games like BF:BC2 or newer games and still having secondary monitor does add a penalty hit its not egregious, but the weaker the card the more likely that hit will be more annoying. running 200+ fps in css with all settings maxxed is as we all know not going to stress most year or 2 old video cards even if you tried in most situations.
