This is the kind of attitude i figured you had and why I am trying to avoid harming your ego or anything (don't bother saying your ego is untouchable, because honestly, i don't give a fuck). Don't try to change it for some stranger online or even a massive group of them. You should do it for yourself and the people around you in person. I can't believe your parents actually let you act like this/ you have friends that accept you if you actually act like this all the time. And do it for yourself because I can't imagine acting like that and not hating myself. And for the 2nd red, not to be a grammar nazi but i REALLY REALLY hate when people fuck this phrase up. It's not that it is spelled wrong or anything, but all it accomplishes when you get the phrase wrong is make you look like a complete fool. To save you the trouble of trying to figure out what I mean, I'll tell you. It achieves, the EXACT. FUCKING. OPPOSITE. MEANING. that you wanted it to. The correct phrase is: I couldn't care less. Let's review why this sentence/phrase means what it does, shall we? -You are trying to figuratively say that you do not care about a topic -You are saying that you do not care about said topic SO MUCH, that you literally could NOT care less, because you care about it absolutely in no way. And you said: I could care less. This means: -You care about it -There is no sign of the level that you care about it, positively or negatively.

I can't think of anything to say to this post that wouldn't end in me outright making you feel more sorry for yourself or the like, so I won't. The one thing I will talk about though is that you need to find things that are more brag-worthy. (This constitutes as things a person would be impressed by/care about.) The only thing in that list that was impressive to me was the computer, but I cannot even remotely guess your age by your posts, so I could assume that was merely 1-3 years ago, which would not be saying much since nowadays "building a computer" consists of ~10-20 screws and plugging in color-coded, impossible to plug in the wrong direction, auto configuring wires.

i dont remember how much space you're allowed, but that probably includes pictures you've uploaded elsewhere on the site. Other than removing those, just upload it to some hosting website and link to it instead.

zip ties. zip ties. zip ties. My case had a few random holes for no apparent reason that i was able to thread the massive majority of my sata cables through and down to the HDDs. The things that arent hideable like that, like the hdd -> mobo sata etc., i zip tied and taped to the bottom of the case. You cant even see them because they are hidden beside the lip of the aluminum. Pretty much, when i gaze lovingly at the window of my case i only see 2 wires, 1 for ambient temp measuring, and the 2nd power to my gfx card (i was even able to hide most of the pci-e cable that came from the psu) but like pot said, its not really important if it doesnt reduce airflow, but im severely anal when it comes to this hobby o' mine. If it bothers you that much and you cant do much with the mobo tray, get a new psu with longer cables, or go modular.

i wouldnt fuck with water cooling, knowing the case you have and the more than ample cooling you have. Id say wait till newegg has something. I bet they know themselves that there's nothing affordable out yet or they'd be selling it. I say turn the case fans up (i cant remember if your fans are controllable or not) so that you either 1. don't hear the gfx card over them 2. the card doesn't get over 55C What I find strange is that the card's fans go so fast at 55C like 55C is alot to a graphics card.

It's Jennifer Connely. I know this for two reasons, 1. She's an actress 2. I used an image search engine called TinEye. I have a plugin for firefox where i can right click an image and search for the same picture posted elsewhere. one of the results was the rest of the image, a giant wallpaper that said jennifer connelly. Another was a forum thread on Jennifer Conelly.

you guys worry about moisture too much. if you let a hdd dry out, it will probably work just fine. my sister spilled a cereal bowl full of milk on her laptop, completely broke it, i tried for days to make it work again lol. point is, all i did was let the hdd dry out (was fucking full of milk) and i was able to get all of her data onto my old laptop that she uses now. the REAL point is, hdd's are for the most part water proof (within reason), although i wouldnt suggest giving it power when it is wet. (btw this wasnt pointed at you tink, i know you were referring to beforehand, where ice could form inside and would REALLY fuck things up)

well yes, id say bag it at least, but by the sounds of it his hdd was unsalvagable to begin with.

putting a hard drive in the freezer for a short time or in the fridge over night is definitely worth trying if you just want to salvage data off of a hard drive.. dont listen to these people.
