building it yourself is worlds cheaper than that too, but for two reasons ill agree with shadow: 1. From what i can tell, most other countries cannot get parts or computers in general for that matter for nearly as cheaply as the US, so idk if suggesting so would help much 2. Since you're requesting a prebuilt to begin with i figure you've already decided you dont want to fuck with putting it together anyway. But seriously find a website that makes decent computers (cpu/ram) with 3rd party parts hopefully, and then buy the video card yourself.

... no.. no i dont. yes i know they update drivers to include new hardware, fix KNOWN BUGS, and perhaps increase efficiency with older cards. but if you HONESTLY think that they can foresee new bugs that would occur by fixing old ones, you have another thing coming. on top of that, i used to be the same as you, until i came across one of these "impossible and nonexistent" bugs in a game that worked fine prior, i had to roll back.
