Uh I'm really not too sure, guess you're going to have to wait until someone who knows more than I do to answer it. :\ Lol, but on a serious note, I don't think so. I don't see the logic behind what would make it faster. If anything I would guess it would be slightly slower since he would need the receiver. It's more than possible for me to be wrong though, so do wait for other opinions, but nothing in my mind says that it makes logical sense. Again, I don't know a whole lot about how they work though.

Like others, I'm a realist. I don't go around saying everything is beautiful, or everything sucks. However generally I do have a positive outlook on life. I'm rarely in a bad mood, and when I am I don't take it out on others, and I don't like it when people who are in bad moods feel they need to share their bad mood with everyone around them. Also, just to be a technical douchebag. The glass isn't half empty ever, nor is it half full. Unless in a vacuum, whatever isn't occupied by water is still full, just of gases.

Ok I'm looking to get a new laptop from Dell, and I can customize what I want so it makes it rather nice. I know a little, but in reality not much at all compared to some of you so here is some info on me: Right now all I play is cs:s, partially because I'm limited by how good my computer is. Processor: What would be a good processor to have if I planned on getting l4d2 or mw2 or something of that sort. No RIDICULOUS games like crysis, but I may get a game that requires more than cs:s. It comes with Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T6600 (2.2GHz/800Mhz FSB/2MB cache). What do you think would be the best option to go with? I don't want to overkill the thing, but I want it to handle things that I would play. So is something worth the price, and when does upgrading become overkill? Memory: Comes with 4GB, and my computer has less than 3, but my computer also doesn't handle cs:s nearly as well as I'd like it to, let alone any better games. But that could also be my video card. So should I upgrade to a 6 or 8 GB RAM or do you think 4 is enough? Keeping in mind every 2GB RAM I add costs me an additional 250 bucks :\ Graphics Card:1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650. This should be MORE than enough for what I want. One of the reasons I'm going with this laptop No upgrade here, but this should indicate that the video card wouldn't be what is hindering my gameplay, so should I upgrade memory to make my laptop handle games better? That's about it. The rest is personal preference, which I have enough understanding of to make a decision. So to you guys, which processor and how much memory should I get in my laptop?
