There most certainly is a way to inform these players of the rules. It only takes one person taking time out of their day to explain rules and situations to newer players to make the server that much more enjoyable for others. We have admins for a reason, but at the end of the day, regulars such as yourself have just as much of an opportunity to make a positive impact on the server through your interactions with other players.
