Clearly. I think you missed the point of what I was saying, or, ignored it completely. As the saying goes: "you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink"

Just a FYI... Posting something like this achieves nothing other than documenting that you don't fully understand the game mode at this point. In the future I would recommend that when you present something that you feel is an issue that you also try to present a solution. As others have said, allowing CT's to force last requests was a reaction to a play style that killed off our population for a period of time. I'm honestly disappointed in the way you've represented yourself on the forums thus far... I expected someone who could formulate some bright ideas based on the way you act on the servers (read: better than everyone else) Hopefully you can take some time to evaluate how and what you're saying because nothing about you screams admin material at this point.

Effective communication skills, time management, organization, willingness to work with a team, ability to understand and take directions, how to maintain a positive attitude. ya know, basic every day skills. It will take as much time out of your day as you need to be effective.

Let me preface this with this is just my opinion. The Server Administrator rank within the new system is a trial period, that's why the powers are so limited for the first six months. I don't think adding another rank below barebones admin is necessary as if we're going to trust them with the powers you mentioned why not just make them a SA?
