Probably would have helped to look at some current communities lol. I like the look of it, using GFL's as my example. I liked how bans were color coded depending on expired, active or permanent. Didn't take forever to load and looked pretty sleek.

I don't see much reason not to. The only problem I have is that SB++ isn't proven. Unless I'm not looking in the right places, I don't see any other communities running it.

I don't use Plays.TV anymore so I'm not sure of this exactly, but are you able to look at where it is saving the recording from within the program? I can't remember if right clicking the video will give the option to go to the file location or not. Otherwise is it possible to find the video saving location from in the program for that game? I've used some programs before where you could have an option to have the file in folder be brought up for things like uploading, editing, etc.

It has to be saving recordings somewhere, have you looked in all of the folders, temp folders, default video folder, etc?

Going to getting one near the middle or end of summer. The design isn't finalized but I'm thinking it will be similar to Georges St Pierre's fleur de lis one. My mother is getting one to match it, as it was something we've wanted to do for years.

The same could be said for bhop near the end of it's run. I don't think I ever saw anyone playing it. We can't be making servers for a select few just for them to die. The same argue for Gmod TTT applies here. We need servers that are popular gamemodes among the entire game's population. Having special gamemodes that have little playerbase in the game will quickly die and not attract any new players to our servers.

I'm curious how it could possibly impact performance on servers with a lot of text chat such as JB, or the dreadful ZE. You are right though, there is no visible downside, so I wouldn't be against giving it a chance. I'm sure we're slowly working towards that. One thing at a time.

Eh, I wouldn't go out of my way for it. If you see it on sale for a price you can afford, I would. The issue isn't the wattage. The CX series is made cheap with cheap materials, which means it has a higher chance of short circuit, failure, etc. It is advertised with gaming, but isn't really good for the stress level that gaming offers.

Not a bad looking build. I have the same type of RAM but mine is the 2x4 setup. The Hyper 212 cooler is a nice cooler, although it's pretty big, it does it's job well. The only possible issues I see are in your PSU and graphics card. CX is the lowest tier that Corsair makes. It's cheap for a reason. I would recommend at least the RMx series which is a step up. I don't know much about AMD cards but with a quick look, I feel you could have gotten something a bit stronger for the same, if not $20 more, price out of the Nvidia lineup. This is assuming retail prices, sales make ultimate decisions.

The only thing I can think of as an issue would be the power button is a bright blue when on and bright orange when on standby, and it can be annoying late at night.

For some people, the color of their name is an incentive. While regular does have an important rank within SG, there is no real line that separates a Member and a Regular. The only difference being that a Regular has invested time into the forums.

If you give them a heads up, and they can get out, most people don't have an issue. If you do something that they can't escape from, you can typically do it if you communicate with your T buddy and was able to get a lot of innocents trapped too. The key is just communication. I've met a lot of people who are okay with these situations if you communicate and actually kill people. It's not worth it for 1 or 2 kills.
