    Lol why? My computer is fast enought to run fully gta 4 with max graphics. I dont think its on computer specs.

    I dont think its the quality, i think its same problem as this http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/showthread.php?t=31428 since i havent re installed win 7. But i wanna know if anyone had this problem before. EDIT: and stupid copyright on youtube, i cant watch fma fffuuu...
