Xbox 360 you need to pay so you can play online when on PS3/PC you dont.
Xbox 360 Charges you on most DLC Updates (Like tf2, l4d) when theyr free on ps3 / pc
PC Games cost less But on PS3 Theyr expensive.
EDIT: PC Have Better graphics on games if your comp is good
