Demos are not recognized as video files because they aren't video files. They are just a bunch of commands that can only be run by the game. You are going to have to use Fraps or Camtasia or whatever in the end. And if you check out my videos, they are all recorded with Fraps and not crappy at all.

I would say CPU or RAM. PC2-5300 is slow. You can get a set 2x 2GB set of ram running at PC2-6400 for like 50 dollars now.

I heard you can get VAC banned for having a laser on your skins, especially guns without crosshairs. That is why I never use laser skins. You can check out my videos and none of the skins I test have a working LAM. Scripts are not bannable, I think. Many people make their own scripts that do many things. There are so many scripts out there. Unless it tampers with the server's cvar or whatever, it's not VAC bannable.

Windows 7 is basically what Vista was supposed to be. They had to rush Vista out and did a half-butted job on it, that's why it sucks so bad. 7 is in all ways better than Vista, and XP.

The fact that you keep saying "I honestly never hack" and "I'm a legit player" makes it seem like you are lying and trying to hide something. You wouldn't have to list these out if you really didn't hack. For example, when a friend loses a pen from his desk (I'm thinking elementary school here) and he confronts you (if you were the thief). What would you say? You would probably say something along the lines of "I didn't steal it, you know I would never steal from you, I honestly didn't do it". You would probably list out a bunch of obvious points that never get stated, because they are obvious. And because you list out these obvious points, people would assume that you are the thief. In this case, you are listing out obvious points after you got banned, to try to hide the fact that you really do hack. If a person was legit, he wouldn't have to list out that he was legit, because it would be assumed. If you met a person at school (who is poor, but no one knows), you would make an assumption that he is just like everyone else (actually, you wouldn't even think about his financial status). But if you meet the same person and one of the things he tells you about himself is "I'm [honestly] not poor", you would assume that he is poor. There is no reason to say "I'm [honestly] not poor" unless you are poor and trying to hide it, because it would be assumed that you are not poor in the first place.

Getting a faster router won't raise your internet speed. Your internet speed can only be raised if you pay for a higher internet package from your ISP. I can use a router from 2005 or a router from 2009 and still get the same download rate. But if you do want to object me on this, the quality of the router could affect your internet speed. Say your download rate is advertise by your ISP as 6.0 Mbps. Well, using a bad quality router could decrease this (but usually the decrease could be quite negligible). But even if you pay 200 dollars for a router, your download rate will not go above the advertised 6.0 Mbps. I can buy a 50 dollar router or a 200 dollar and both will have the same results.

I've been through 2 Linksys and have had no problems with either one.
