Again, or your neighbors know your password. They could be downloading or uploading extremely huge files for an extended amount of time. My cousin is always torrenting 24/7 (his computer has been on for at least a year now torrenting, with an occasional restart) and whenever I go to his house, I bring my laptop and I'm always dcing off his network. All you are doing is basically buying a new operating system. You computer might have came with one though. If you bought your computer within the past 3 years, i doubt it came with one. But if you bought it before, it might have came with one. Check all the manuals and stuff that came with your computer.

I use rate 40000 since some servers have their sv_maxrate set to 40000.

It's all the temp and cache file buildup. You need to delete those files.

Rosewill doesn't fail. They rebrand other companies. I don't know how they will benefit from rebranding and selling for less, but it benefits their customers.

Wow dude, stop spamming. That's triple posting. I'm just gonna ignore your posts because I hate spammers. I use Fraps, for anyone asking. And if you want to know what skins I am using, just look through my videos. Every skin I use, I make a preview video for, unless there is already one. The skins I am using in this video are temporary, only until I finish making a preview video for, which I have. Those skins are now gone and I have new ones, which I will make preview videos for today. BTW, rate and subscribe if you like my videos. I come out with a lot of preview videos and you can watch every video and choose which skins you like.

There was this DIY tutorial online that tells you how to increase your airflow of your laptop. I can't find it, but here is an alternative article. http://www.gideontech.com/content/articles/3/1 Scroll down to the fourth to last image and you see those things, I think they are called silicone feets. You can get those and stick them onto the corners of the bottom of your laptop and it will raise your computer, increasing airflow regardless of the temperature. EDIT: Or you can just stick a book under your laptop AWAY FROM THE FAN HOLE and that will increase your airflow.

Ahhh. You should have mentioned this (at least I think you didn't). In this case, yea, get that last computer you listed. It's the best one out of all of them. If I was made of money like you, I would get a i7 975 Extreme Edition. Why would you settle for a i7 920? And as Shadowex3 said, I would get surround sound and a 50 inch LED just to play my games on. Then grab some wireless gaming keyboard and mouse, Killer NIC, and a GTX 295 in Quad. xD! Play in my living room with 0 lagg.

Yea, I noticed that after playing escape for a week nonstop. That's why I run with my pistol out in the video (at least for the second round).
