  18. Hey, I want to change my steam message sounds so that when I recieve a message it is a different noise than the default noise. I have tried replacing the file and the file is .wav and is the same frequency as the old file, any idea how I can get the new effect to work?

    I agree, also it sometime causes lag and people with small hard drives cant record every moment of CS:S they play because it = about 5 hours a day if they are nerdy
