    That would be up to the AO who adds the plugin, by default it's available to everyone but can be restricted by Sourcemod override.

Most of the time I miss it or if multiple people are talking at once have a hard time identifying the suspect. With this plugin it should be easy to report / warn / ban such users.   7. @Leon Mordecai @Paralyzed Is it possible to make nominations for Event maps separate than Classic maps? What I mean is that if you get 5 people to nominate an Event map, but one person changes their vote to a Classic map, the Event map is removed. This is ultimately confusing to players and makes it much more difficult to get something nominated... I've actually seen this happen a few times and sometimes almost immediately before the next map vote meaning you have to wait the entire next map before trying again.

  9. This game was so disappointing for PvE players, none of the mobs pose any threat and therefore its extremely boring grind. PvP is apparently also pay to win garbage.
  10. Nazguls have modified speed in the first place, so changing zombie running speed would hardly effect them. I agree that the average zombie speed should be around 260, which would completely get rid of the need for any kind of 'tagging' Please don't ever do this, zombies need to have increased speed to account for knockback or they would never catch up. FYI - Humans with Knife / Pistol run at 250
  11. Generally if this is a one off statement by someone, you can ignore it... If they continue to bully another user then an admin should step in and give a warning to knock it off.

  13. I think Reboot would have been a success if you could buy a very basic loot pet... But no you have to buy one for each character and they are time limited. If you decide to manually pickup items there is an artificial delay which feels terrible. Still P2W in my opinion.

  16. @Leon Mordecai @Paralyzed any chance we can reduce the # of votes needed to add these to the nomination, but keep the player count requirement? I mean it still has to pass the general vote in order to be played, and if it becomes too easy we can just up the # again.
