UPDATE: Just got the HTC One M8 over the Galaxy S5. Here are my reasons: 1)Sick of the plastic feel of the Galaxy (after owning the s3 for 2 years) 2)Sick of Touchwiz 3)I do watch alot of videos on my phone so the speakers on the HTC One m8 are great. 4)The HTC One m8 still uses micro usb. The Galaxy s5 uses USB 3.0, which means I would of had to buy new chargers and such. 5)Came with HTC Advantage which: Free one-time cracked screen replacement within first 6months of ownership 50GB online storage Android software update commitment

I am at work so I will make this short.. "GORRILA GLASS" is all a matketing skem. If you get any scratch in the glass it does degrade the bond of the glass ( and yes gorilla glass does scratch easilly). And for me it cracked the first time in my pocket playing golf.. the 2nd time it dropped rom maybe a foot on to concrete and the third time.. In my pocket again.. So I mean you can blame the user to an extent, bit with devices being so fragile it happens to everyone. On topic: I am going to gointo the store Friday and check the htc one m8 ad the glalaxy s5. I am going toread about the rumors and seee if I can get an idea. ..

Hey! My 2 year upgrade is up in August 2014. However, we have 1 upgrade right NOW on our family plan. I currently have the galaxy s3 and its starting to show wear and tear.. crack in screen getting worse and worse(basically shattered near the button today.. hence why I am asking) but it is still useable. But as far as new phones that are out now.. I haven't really seen 1 that caught my eye... 1)iPhone is a no. Do not suggest an iPhone 2)I know the Galaxy s5 just came out.. but I really don't want another galaxy (might change once I actually try the device in store) 3)I am on Verizon So what would you recommend me looking at right now, or do you know of something coming out late summer (August or so) and should I wait? I have the ASUS Orion (not the pro) and have had them for about a year now. They are a great 3.5mm headset. The mic works good and retracts into the headphones when you don't want to use it, IMO they look better than the siberia v2 and definatly the g35. I also like the cord because it is braided in a cloth like material, which gives it extra protection without losing its flexibilty. And for sound, as far as headsets go, I love them and they sound better than any other headset I have owned/used.

Hi guys! I have an older Sony Vaio F VPCF1390x. I got it back around November 2011. Around December 2012 the MOBO on the laptop went. However, everything else is working fine (Took it apart and there is an integrated circuit that is fried...) Here are the specs: 16.4 LED inch screen (1600x900) Intel Core i7 740QM 1.73GHz Nvidia GeForce 425M (built into MOBO) Backlight keyboard 6GB DDR3 RAM AC Adapter Original Battery To me, this laptop is just collecting dust in my basement. I put it on my local craigslist and have already got 2 people asking me how much for it.. I also got a quote from Ecyclebest for $168(they know the mobo doesn't work) and they are shipping me a box to send the laptop to them.. (kinda sketchy doing this, but hell, I got nothing to lose) So when I respond to the people on craigslist, what is a reasonable price to go with?
