I don't even see a reason to upgrade anything. Your specs are better then mine and your getting more frames in PubG which is easily more graphics intensive than Gmod in every way so it makes me think something else is wrong. At the most I would upgrade your cpu and ram if even that. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see a reason to upgrade.

This. CT's are nazis in the server and its not fun for the T's and I really don't understand how anyone would want to be a CT if your playing to have fun. Your doing less than we are and all were doing is looking for a chance to rebel. Your literally just watching all of us in big cage waiting for someone to make a move so you can blow their heads off. I don't play because this is how the general round plays out when I go play in the server. CT: All Ts get on bed, they check for guns or nades. CT: All Ts get to *insert area* crouch no jumping no detours no delays. (God forbid you accidentally jump gg for you pal.) *Wait 1:30* CT: All Ts get to *insert area* crouch no jumping no detours no delays. Its come to the point where if you dont rebel right away you can almost bet your gonna be stuck in one area. And then if they give a freeday its just the cts camping in another area waiting for people to walk into their crosshairs. Im not saying the server is always like that but the majority of the rounds I've had the displeasure of playing have been like that and its just boring.

Exactly how I feel, I'd like to see it come back but from experience I do not think it will work. If there is a higher up that wants to do this, I will offer any help you might need that I can offer regardless

I understand what you mean but I my question is if this is true then why did we scrap the GMOD TTT server to begin with if it was so popular. From when I played TTT yes it had its moments and for a very long time it was consistently always full. However, like Napalm, like skill surf, like gungame, everyone raves about how they would rather play it but there is no sustained population that would warrant putting all the work into it and even the old GMOD TTT server eventually would be empty more than it would have 5 players in it which is why it was most likely scrapped in the first place. I just don't see this working. I've read countless threads on how great gun game is and how awesome it would be to have gungame like we did the very first time around having the gun game server. Everyone says they will populate it and why haven't we already done this. The higher ups fold, do it, its popular for a week at the most, and you start to see the decline of a player base. If we have a TTT server in CSGO that is almost always full, why would they one, want to split that player base up, and two, put all that work into a server that they have already seen fail to just make the small crowd of louder players happy. I believe this is exactly why the refuse to make a permanent gun game server and I have a feeling that it will be the same for this. Also, don't get me wrong. I would love to see GMOD TTT. I think TTT is better suited for GMOD as do many other people, however there are also people who have not played GMOD TTT and only know CSGO TTT which is exactly how the player base will get split and you will end up taking away from each other. I base this theory on the fact that the only reason I go into the CSGO TTT server is because its TTT and we don't have a GMOD server. If we had a GMOD server I wouldn't step foot in the CSGO one again and you will have the older players who think the same. I'm all for trying it, I just don't think the higher ups who have to put the work in knowing its failed once before will want to do it. Also, take what I say with a grain of salt, I do not know why the old GMOD TTT server was taken down but just from what I remember I can guess it's because it stopped being as popular as it once was. EDIT: I also have to rep the oldfags and say how dare you spit on the name of napalm, this great community was founded on the morals and fun times that were had in the napalm server.

I don't think at this point you could just pop up a new GMOD TTT server and be able to thrive. We made a TTT server when TTT was just getting big in GMOD and became one of the more popular TTT servers but eventually died out. I think the TTT servers that are currently in GMOD have already cemented themselves into the game and I don't think us just starting one would sustain for long. It seems like it'll be the same thing that happens whenever we try to setup a napalm server which has all the same points that you made. All the old people would come back to play on it, but then it dies out and nobody wants to play it consistently for more than a month.

I would suggest that you politely inform them that without you seeing the actual breaking of the rules there is nothing you are allowed to do. If they keep persisting tell them to record a demo and in the mean time you will keep a close eye on the rule breaker in question. I agree with this. I think its mostly situational with this. Someone who occasionally says autistic in good fun towards another player is one thing but if you are in a server and someone is constantly calling a single person autistic for a bad play that they made or something along those lines it would fall under player disrespect. At the end of the day it is the internet and people will shit talk. What is offensive to you may not be offensive to others and vice versa. But you have to have some kind of leeway or you'll end up with no player base because everyone will be banned. No matter who you are you've disrespect a player, and have equally been disrespected. Maybe you don't call people autistic because you personally are offended by it but will call someone a retard and that will offend someone somewhere. It comes down to the situation and context in which it's used.

It's probably a weak video card/cpu combination on your end. Seems like the sudden rendering of the explosion itself makes your machine hiccup for a second. I would start with upgrading your vid card and cpu or try upgrading the vid card and if nothing improves go for a new cpu.
