I have had this problem before, I never really did problem solving on it, i just uninstalled steam, and re-installed it. What you can do is open steam, then go to your games page, and right click on the game and go to properties, and check the file integrity or w.e, lol. It will check all of your games files and check for any corrupted/missing files. If that does not work, uninstall and reinstall steam.

Copy your cfg folder onto your desktop, delete your cstrike folder, open source up again, join the server. Once you connect, leave source, go into your cstrike, and paste in your cfg folder u copied from the old cstrike.

How long would it take: It depends on the designer, and his/her experience with designing websites. That website is very plain, and looks very easy to design. I design gaming websites, clan websites etc. And my experience makes websites like that look very simple lol. How much it would cost: For my self, it would probably take me about 30 mins to 2 hours hours to design something like that. It really depends on what you want the website to look like, and what you want the website to do. I am also going to go on a limb and say that the site uses a custom CMS, which would cost the most in a website like that. Design - $35-$60 CMS - $150-$300 The process of how long a website takes, and how much it costs depends on a lot of things, and the person you go to to get the website designed/coded.
