The possibility of getting un-vac'd is very low, since their system is auto-mated a lot of the time they will not believe most people that submit tickets saying they got banned for no reason. But you can try, good luck lol =)

What type of surface is your mouse on, this usually happens when your mouse is on a bumpy surface, it happens to me all the time at school lol. If not that, then do as red said and look at the bottom of the mouse and check for any dust/crumbs that may have gotten near the lazer/optical lense.

I use CS4, way better then elements in my opinion. So I would go with CS4, but it is all up to you, what experience you have with them etc.

Not because they feel like it, but because there is a fault in their system. There are multiple reasons why he would get banned, and not be hacking. 1. There are programs out there, that VAC detects as "hacks". 2. There can be hidden hacks in his skins he downloaded 3. There was something wrong with there system and it accidentally banned it. But since it is a automated system, vac people are to fucking lazy to go unban the accounts that were banned for no reason, so they just tell people to buy a new account. Learn your leason?, this is why i do not download anything for source other then mods, server side skins, sounds and maps. I understand u want to make the game look cool, but is it worth losing $20? Be careful next time.
