The whole problem with PB as it is, is that there's too much people to control for one admin. I rarely see multiple admins on PB as it is and you want to add more chaos/work for admins? I would suggest going back to 24 slots, and keep people waiting in line to enter the server. I can't imagine there's a moment where you have to wait 2-3 or more to enter our JB server and if you really want to get in, you're always free to buy subscriber. We recently had a poll by @XeNo and that resulted in that people wanted to stay the same slots. (source: http://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/poll.php?pollid=5885&do=showresults) This is my opinion, and I think that it's great that you took the time to make this suggestion. But I disagree with your proposal

The difference between JB and TTT is that TTT gives you good logs to work with. I can't solo administrate a JB server with 20+ people playing, because all you do is administrate, and it quickly takes away the fun of playing the game itself. Getting called out by a 12 year old squeaker for not seeing how he got freekilled doesn't help much either, and only resulted in even more chaos. Usually, I make an example out of one player who goes over the line and then they place nice for a good 10 rounds. I even get strict about yelling into microphones

Who gives +800$ presents anyway? If it were my children, they'd work for what they want. I got a vaccuum cleaner, pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen robot, .. and a €50 giftcard. I have made peace with the fact that i'm getting too old for cool gifts

Looks amazing af If there's a few servers that have this, and they have a big population, we might have to consider to try this too. And besides, attracting new players to our community is something we should aim for in 2017, together with keeping our current playerbase.
