Do not buy padding, it is not needed, long clothing isn't either. Just some jogging pants, and a t-shirt, or long sleeve shirt is all that you need. I personally use RivaTuner for overclocking. Put it through some stress tests overnight, and monitor the temps throughout this, and if nothing goes to high, then you are good. If not then lower the clock speeds. Off topic: the 5770 is a nice card, especially for the price I picked one up on sale for $125 + shipping
