Get a few well respected, non-admin users in a group to decide if there is a need for punishment and the level of punishment (none/low/medium/high). The BD's would then take this groups decision and decide the details of the punishment. The BD's would also have the ability to alter the group's decision, but not completely change it (i.e. from no punishment to low punishment, not no punishment to heavy punishment). Whatever the decision, it should be made public as well as any evidence or claims presented in the incident. This would stop people from asking so many annoying questions.

Bills vs. Panthers was boring for the most part. Miami was all LOLZ until Brees & Company decided to play for real. Dallas found out the Miles Austin & Romo connection is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Peyton Manning just kicked ass again and the Rams sucked ass again. The Browns still look and play like shit. The Jets brought the Raiders back down to tearth. Cincy EMBARRASSED Chicago. Pretty much sums up the relevant games.

When they figured out how to use their team, the Bengals were actually pretty good. They are now worse because of Odom being out for the season. The Week 1 Bengals are not the same as the Week 2 Bengals or the Week 6 Bengals. Teams like the Bronco aren't going through those weekly changes, and so they are a pretty generic team week in and week out. There is more to football than numbers on a page or the name of a team.
