Try forwarding a text message w/the iPhone.. For some reason unknown to free thinkers everywhere.. this is not an option on the iPhone.. WTF? (You can forward and e-mail but not a text message)

VMWare is another alternative.. It allows you to run Virtual hosts. We use it alot for servers that are under-utilized. Allowing us to run multiple servers/OS's on the same box. However you will run into performance issues if you are trying to run an emulated/virtual environment on your home PC. I would recommend doing a standard Dual boot for that type scenario.

Best thing you can do is break it off completely at this point.. If she has been going back to some other BF than the last thing you need is a booty call. Who knows what you might end up getting???? But seriously don't take her calls.. don't respond to e-mail. Cut her off completely and move on. The longer you let her be part of your life the more stress it's going to cause.. she's made her decision, don't let her use you in the meantime. As to finding a GF that will be OK with the CS Addiction.. I think there are quite few of us who are married that are proof you can balance both a GF/Wife/Kids & Gaming. That's GF or Wife & Kids.. not all 3 at once.. I'm not fool enough to try that.

I'm with Veggie on this.. Hold out until you can purchase a little better card. I am currently running an 8800GTS and have no complaints at all. It runs everything I've thrown at it at the highest settings.

I didn't make it until the last round. Oh well still a lot of fun.

Unfortunately work opted to go with AT&T so I guess I'll end up with an iPhone.. That is once I talk them into paying for it. I would prefer the G1 just because it's less of apples proprietary shite.

They sent us a demo at work (most vendors will for large state contracts, etc.) It does seem to be pretty solid at this point.. I still need to find out if I can do the one thing that I could with a Windows CE based phone that I could not with an iPhone.. And that is teather the bluetooth to my laptop and use the phone for my internet connection. (yes iPhone can't do that)

We had some guy open up a shop locally building submerged PC's.. They were custom jobs and looked really cool.. but no one wanted to pay enough to make it cost effective and his shop went under. I think the problem with this idea is simply that people won't pay that much for the slight performance increase. Also .. How easy is it to upgrade components as you go.???

NOOOO!!! don't start earlier.. Due to work/family on a week night.. I wasn't able to sign on until 9:00 EST. It was good to see that it was still 4 on 4 .. though.. Really do whatever works best for the group.. but stick around longer if you can.
