Yeah, it should setup grub automatically when you install it, giving both Windows and your Linux options. In the rare chance it breaks, you'd just need to boot on the LiveCD and try to fix it there (or boot on Windows recovery disk and restore their bootloader, however IIRC Window's bootloader doesn't support Linux).

Problem with that is no timer for when it expires. IMO if you want someone banned from CT for a very long time, they probably fucked up enough to warrant a sourcebans ban. If something was added, IMO it should be a short ban only - a day or two at the most.

Can you add a plugin to move someone at end of round (like what Deathrun has)? Like "switch player to T at end of round". Just easier than slaying them and then changing the team. [i think https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=859951 is the plugin it uses, but not sure] Might also be nice to have a time-ban from CT, like "block from joining CT until end of map" or "1 hour" or something? (but please no long-term ban option on that; just something like that might make it a bit easier to keep track of dummys who get switched for freekilling and such but haven't done enough harm to warrant a ban or an extended punishment). Dunno what plugin that might be or if one even exists, but it's not a huge deal anyways. Thanks for your work, appreciate it ^_^

If it's a router provided by your ISP, it probably can't do it. If you bought it yourself though, it might be able to. It'd be called "QoS" or similar in the router control panel, which default address usually is either http://192.168.0.1, http://192.168.1.1, or http://192.168.100.1.
