Because build is a sucky gamemode. It's really intensive to have all the props/entities, and it gets boring rather quickly.

Don't judge stuff based on how the GUI looks... also Vent's looks more old fashioned than Mumble's.... It's not like you're even looking at it 99% of the time.

Awesome! As long as you don't change anything that removes the ability for matchmaking (I hope you configured the server to matchmake anyways ), I'd expect it to remain populated ^_^.. I assume Guy is hosting it, cool, hope it runs all nice and smooth.

The problem with banning all F2P players is that you ultimately disable the matchmaking system (which is the only thing that would ever get the server to remain populated, considering most oldfags to TF2 already have their own favorite servers). And it's not like hackers wouldn't just buy a 50 cent item from the store just to shit on your faces

You don't need to do all that though. If it's a durable keyboard and you didn't spill a ton of stuff on it, smacking it on the desk upside-down will usually remove a good amount of the junk in it.

Does this really require a topic (coulda asked in chatbox)? Yes, it is slow right now, a major TF2 update was released, so lots of the servers are overloaded. Keep trying and it should load eventually. It's ok lol.

No, he asked a question so I answered with the proper method for cleaning. I'd hate to see him get one then break it after a week due to handling it wrong. Would be sad.

Some people suggest flipping them inside out, but I never do that (it's durable enough to do it, but I never risk it). Most of the time I just blast some warm water into it, then drain it out, and repeat until the inside feels like rubber and not "slick" anymore (takes 2 minutes tops).
