This happens to me after I am done playing a local sandbox game, and get custom guns loaded. If deleting all custom scripts doesn't fix it, then it's probably due to lag. But I bet it's probably due to some scripts you may have loaded or used.

If you really want a budget build, you shouldn't get Intel+NVIDIA... get AMD+ATI if you're on a budget. Not trolling or being a fanboy; AMD+ATI is just a lot cheaper. If you have time, you should wait a few weeks for the AMD Radeon 6000 series GPUs to come out; this SHOULD make the 5000 series (which are still very nice cards) drop a lot in price.

All depends on your uses. In my opinion that money should have been used to buy a MUCH better computer that doesn't have "The Apple Tax" on it.
