Anything you could do with a bachelors from a regular university, it is the same degree. a lot go to grad school, or enter the workforce. Most good liberal arts colleges typically has less emphasis on practical application of your education (but some are the opposite). The degree is the same, it is just the atmosphere and teaching styles that are usually different. Classes are smaller, less applied in many cases (more theoretical or philosophical in nature). Of course there are downsides, the schools are really small.

I go to Pomona College. You should seriously consider applying to Liberal Arts Colleges. If you want to find a really good forum, check out collegeconfidential.com that is where a bunch of students, alums and parents talk about applying. if you are interested in math, i think princeton has the best program of the ivy leagues. Look at Columbia and Georgetown for polisci. Those are all really tough schools to get into though, even the best applicant is playing Russian roulette with the odds.

Actually i think that is a Hind, a heavy lift Russian chopper, like a Chinook or Sea King. It is not an Apache, look closely, that thing is gigantic, it has got rows of windows. It is possible the camera is taking the images so slowly it shows up as very slow rotor movement. The yaw prop is moving at a different speed than the main prop, so that explains why one moves while the other doesn't. More likely is some dude fucking around with a model or an RC, some fishing line, and a soundboard. The sounds are not tracked to the video, the doppler effect is not happening entirely right and if the engine was going but not the props it would not sound like a helicopter, it would sound like a revving engine. Whichever is the case, not gonna happen IRL I assure you. The lawnmower was fucking epic though...

To get back at them, dowload some uselessly large image and video files from the internet that take days to complete onto every computer. The network bandwidth usage will do one of two things depending on their setup. 1. The ISP allocates more bandwidth and charges a premium, the school district foots a 50,000$ bill and learns a lesson. or more likely... 2. Nobody can use the interwebs, causing chaos. beating school firewalls is tough, just google search proxies until you find one that works and is free.

I have a laptop and a desktop. I connect my desktop to the ethernet jack and get blazing fast speed, but my laptop's wireless is not fast enough to video chat with people, something i like to do. I was wondering if it is possible, if both systems are vista, to run an ethernet cable from my laptop to my desktop (which has two connection ports in back), and then have the second cable going from my desktop to the wall, letting one or both computers using the wired internet. I have tried a couple times, but its not really worth that much of my time to get working. I don't want to go through the hassle of using a switch, and to get one that wouldn't slow me down would be expensive (my college has obscenely quick networking speeds). This seems like a very basic networking feature that OS's should be able to handle automatically.
