In-N-Out is really good, but a Fatburger is even better (but expensive) as far as chains go. There is this small chain in LA called the Counter, best place ever short of a nice restaurant or a good cook(but uber-pricey, like 13 dollar burger).

I grew up with both nintendo and sony in the house, but at the same time I was an avid PC gamer. I like the way nintendo treats its customers, it is loyal, and it is innovative at the same time; but I grew out of it I think. Sony is too expensive and legal, you're right, it is chasing after a phantom market share along with XBOX, these days any good release will go onto a PC port. Consoles are essentially hamstringed in another sense also, they cannot compete with a keyboard and mouse for RTS games. But the real reasons why consoles will never win? They aren't an essential. Everybody who is anybody has a computer, nobody who can't afford it buys a console. PC game designers have a captive audience. No bad release is going to cause people to go to ebay and sell their computer. Even if somebody go and buys a console, they will probably still buy PC games at some point. Microsoft and Sony still win anyways though, both of their products push brand-loyalty. Any XBOX user who gets a computer will most likely get a PC to play games, any guy who buys a PS3 will probably get a new TV to display the nose-bleedingly good graphics (maybe a sony). and btw legal, fuck you MGS4 is a great game :]

I regularly kill young children with bowling balls when i go to hit some pins, and let me tell you, there is much more blood... but seriously, the ball is a regular rubber ball, it bounces like 6 feet in the air after it hits the kid, I have dropped enough bowling balls on my feet and the floor to know they don't do that...

Go with the fatal1ty's if you want to save money but get a great set, I have a pair which has been just great, the mic is clear and beautiful. Plantronics also makes more generic sets that are even cheaper, but not geared straight for gaming. IF you can break the bank, Razer makes a pretty ridiculous headset with in-headphone surround, it is very good for gaming because of this, but around 120 and you need a surround-sound capable sound card.
