1. I got it. I played the first, simplest single player scenario thing and I have been at it for a good seven hours already. The game is definitely very well put together. Seems like such a waste there is no real single player campaign...
2. happy birthday!!!
3. go verizon if you want the best coverage in the USA....
4. sorry to hear you have to go. I wish ya all the best at your job!
5. CHUCK NORRIS CAN DIVIDE BY ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :O__ time for stupid jokes!
6. yeah well, EA recycles sometimes... But they do put out some really good games now and then. Just FYI, I really thought CNC3 was a huge step forward from other games in the series. The graphics were beautiful, the story made me remember the good old FMV sequences of the first tiberium war, and the unit tree was pretty good too (liked the new race). It wasn't revolutionary, but few games are these days... sequel will probably be a total recycle, but lets wait before passing final judgment...
7. I say the only thing this thread needs is massive spam so it takes forever to scroll to the bottom of the page :] :]
8. Post Your Car!

1992 Acura Legend. This is a stock photo though. Mine is the same make and color, about 200,000 miles. Mine also has a gold grille, not a silver one. Mine looks about as nice after a good wash, minus one or two tiny dings. Click to make it bigger...
9. Here in LA a 4.5-5 would be shrugged off... I remember the Northridge quake in 1994 broke every piece of glass in my kitchen... then knocked down a few freeways Welcome to the world of earthquakes...
10. ZM Training Room

yup, he is my most killed player on my regular css hlx stats.... ahahaa
11. ZM Training Room

^^^^ owned...
12. Happy Birthday!!!
13. Once you start saying "what if," I can't logically argue any more. I assume any race that searches for life won't be stupid enough to completely miss a planet full of it once they get here...
14. Krav Maga

I forget what Bourne uses... I doubt it is all Hollywood glitz though, probably a mix of some stuff. As for Krav, definitely pretty awesome.
15. This thread has brought out all the crazies. I will say this one last time. If the Universe is over 15 billion years old, current analysis postulates life-capable planets in the last 10 billion years at least. That means that if the universe is "infinitely large," somewhere some species much slower than us have evolved and in other places species much smarter have evolved. Any race sufficiently advanced will explore space. Any species that advanced will then realize the only way to explore in this relativistic universe is via a Von Neuman device. A device that replicates itself as it explores. It would take a mere millions of years to explore a whole galaxy. With intergalactic drives, it would take mere hundreds of millions to explore very far. That considered, any race intelligent enough to travel in space and that has existed for billions of years (considering the size of the universe), would have already explored a lot of it. Chances are, their probes would be floating through here already. If there is infinite space, there is possibility for many intelligent, space-faring species. That would mean one of them would have already come here. Since no one has come here, by logic, there is no intelligent alien life. Any unicellular creatures have had so long to evolve, they probably never will. That means no aliens, at least none worth caring about...
16. sorry to break it to ya guys, but the universe is not "infinitely large," it is just very large. As for aliens, no. Any race sufficiently advanced enough to get here would not communicate via corn. In addition, considering our speed of advancement, and the age of the universe, some race should already have contacted us or else all other alien life is basically cells or plants.
17. Haha, I like the German playing air guitar on a bazooka...
18. Steam still has one huge flaw. Despite the fact that computing power is at least 10 times better than it was when the first beta launched, Steam still takes a huge chunk out of my memory and operating power when active. Not to mention the files are gigantic. They also now have an excuse to snap up every third party mod and charge you money for it.
19. Agreed, Desu was obviously not around when the first versions of Steam launched, and does not know how miserable the road up to now has been.
20. sounds like it would be crazy fun...
21. Desu, steam may be mildly okay now, but when it first launched it was a total joke. Steam literally ruined every Valve game I had, since I couldn't play them anymore without this big clunky client running in the background and screwing with me. After basically seven years of working out the bugs, they are finally getting some stuff right.
22. Lunar Eclipse

lunar eclipse= earth blocks moon so moon disappears solar eclipse= moon gets between us and sun (much rarer, more beautiful, and blinding unless ya got a pinhole box thing)
23. I barely got 20, but yeah, who needs to go higher?
24. Forum Ideas?

sounds good to me...
25. Forum Ideas?

Okay, I do want something for new users. Okay, so like, my first time on the forums I had no idea there were different servers or that it was a community and whatnot. So like, on the first page, ya know when people type in steam-gamers.net , i would have liked for example, a flashing link thing or something that stood out that said "NEW USERS". Then have that take them to a page that is not just a thread. There you can explain like, what servers there are, who the admins are, the more important parts of the forum like complaints and suggestions, the rules, a link to join, and all that. I think it would be less intimidating to new users than the current format. Also whenever ONi finishes that ZM survival guide, we could link it in so that noobs can learn everything.
