Dude, I don't think its the case at all. I think that people just need to KNOW X is the rule, if you don't comply, GTFO. Think of it as "crystals and mud". The crystals are bright line rules, the more exceptions you make the more muddled the rule gets... until you end up with "hendaless" SG/ZM. Put it this way, if you ACTUALLY state the rules, and require people to agree to it on the mod they install, they cant say they were not made aware of the rule. The admin crew should just enforce the rules as is, no exceptions. As an addendum to that, it would likely be wise to reject anyone that does not follow the proper format for appeals, they have to serve out the whole ban, that would enforce at least the procedure.

Swizzy doesnt bother me outright, however, I can understand people not wanting someone as admin who constantly feels the need to "man up" on everything that possibly poses a threat.
