Except that most people that play pb have the game sense of a rock and will just waste the tiny amount of ammo that the usp has trying to plink a ct to death. A better option would be to randomize the spawn of a pistol that has better wall and armor pen between all of the cells on top of VIP. Since if a T starts shooting from that cell before the cells open, the cts are just going to spam wallbang him to death.

The usp in that cell is essentially useless with the cell wall + ct's armor and helmet.
