I don't think you should feel like you're being forced out. People ALWAYS find it hard to adjust when there's change, I wouldn't take any criticism badly. Instantly you've come in and SG has taken a leap forward......that's not coincidence at all. It's up to you but I think with your experience alongside SG vets we could both compliment each other. Perhaps when my mate made this insanely shitty pint size drink of coke, ketchup, vanilla/chocolate ice cream, soy sauce, mustard, bbq sauce, brown sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chilly sauce and probably some other shit......he goes and chugs it down and with about 10 other people watching I puke just at the thought/sight of it....yet my mate who downed the shit was fine.
