I've been playing games since I was 3....and I'm not wasting my life, perhaps gaming is part of my life.. Of course there's more to gaming, but you could relate gaming to a lot of things and say that they're also a waste of life as well...it all depends on what you want to do. Like the video said you could go from NY to LA 3 times in the time to make a level 80. Er.....why would anyone want to do that?

Counterstrike is about fun is it not? Our job is partially to improve the experience people have on the server, and I would assume that most people go on the server to have.....fun. Is doing anything to anyone when the round has ended and they have already lost/won really going to change anything? Might as well fill up that time with something. When people request to have powers used on them......if it doesn't effect anyone in the server or the general gameplay....why not? I wouldn't blind a first/last zombie, or someone vital to the round...but someone random guy who wants it....why not? Using tools on yourself or a friend that gives neither you or your friend an advantage isn't abuse. Some people might be disappointed that you're only doing it to yourself and your friend/s....but I wouldn't be like that (unless too many people ask and it would lead to the round messing up)..but even if some admins are they like as long as it's not an advantage, there's nothing wrong with it. To cut this here..there is no ACTUAL definition. If you're looking for something that is black and white, you won't find it. Many things about being admin, and that which involves common sense, relies on interpretation. If an admin can't properly interpret what is ok and what isn't in relation to this topic, they should either not do it at all/not complain and stop being an arse/get some life skills. Avro, I don't know what you think this is but, it's not moaning. What did you have in mind when you thought that people should be "doing something". Did you not think that this could be Bay Sup's attempt at doing something? Non higher ups don't have that much leverage when trying to get what they put across......but making threads like this is one of them.

People shouldn't be punished for causing FUN. Can we stop abusing the rules to get people in trouble when it's not necessary?? Cmon...when people do things that IMPROVE the quality of the servers, why be technical and have them punished? Doing small and silly things that people are alright to take part in (most of the time people are actually eager to be part of this kind of stuff, even if it involves being on the receiving end). I've slapped people before, rocketed and then revived people....drugged, blinded, teleported..all in the name of fun....and how many complaints have I ever received for doing any of these things? None......and tbh I doubt I deserved any either. If you do it to improve the servers quality, rather than your own...then it shouldn't be punishable. Although... we need to respect that some come into the servers to play the game, rather than see half the team mess around with admin powers....so anything that is done should be done in moderation....freedom to do things based on common sense has always been part of SG's admin system....yet some people are incapable of knowing when admins do some things that are good, even if the rules may suggest other wise. I've always thought this is a delicate matter but, if admins are being removed for stupid reasons, something has to happen. *edit* dam Virus....stealing my diatribe >
