It was awesome up until the gameplay. It's too... happy? If it were darker and you couldn't see around corners like in Die Hard for the NES, it would be better. It lacks some serious Boxhead chaos but to be realistic the NES could never pull that off, not that I'm in favor of inheriting the processing capabilities of the NES if you wanted to make an 8-bit styled game on modern hardware.

I'm on the fence on this. Would regular players get away with glitching people on a moving vehicle after the round is nearly over/is already over like the train in rooftop runaway or would they be kicked/banned for it? If they can get banned for that then the decision made against Avro is the right one, it's the same kind of situation. If they can't/wouldn't, then this whole situation is really silly. I also wonder if it's really necessary to use admin powers to have fun. You can't have fun without using them? To be honest I think the situation is totally not worth 7 pages of discussion and all of this over-analyzing. As I understand it(unless I misread or something), it was one round and it lasted for all of about 10 seconds or less at the end of the round where players would just be standing there doing nothing. Get the fuck over it. Is someone losing sleep over hearing the radio guy say "Terrorists Win." for one round?

I haven't tried a shitload of them but 3 or 4 of them get the flash up and running okay but before it finishes loading a box comes up saying that they're experiencing technical difficulties... which is bullshit. I'm sure they have blocks on proxies. EDIT: I wasn't aware that they now limit you to 40 hours of music per month unless you pay them $0.99 or something. That completely killed my interest in Pandora. If you've got a straight wall then you can run faster than normal by running into the wall at an angle. If 0 degrees is walking straight forward then maybe turning around 20-25 degrees towards the wall and walking forward into it will cause you to go 270-275~ish.

It's decent from what I've heard. I've listened to World Painted Blood and Hate Worldwide. The guitar solos in Hate Worldwide drive me crazy, I hate that kind of soloing that Slayer does. The title track was pretty good. The mixing is meh and more than anything I won't pick up the album because of that, though that's not fair I think since I've been listening to a lot of Endgame which is fucking beautiful from a production standpoint.

I'll check it out tomorrow on Youtube or something, assuming Youtube has it of course. I've never been big on Slayer. I like a few of their songs; Seasons in the Abyss, Behind the Crooked Cross, South of Heaven, that kind of shit.
