You kinda countered your own point. All drugs cannot be legalized, and the underlined above is exactly why. Any drug that fucks with your mind(psychedelic substances) in a significant way is hazardous to those around the person taking the drug. Furthermore, mankind on the whole is fucking stupid. People are still killing each other because folks are driving while they're drunk(it's a fucking miracle that alcohol hasn't been banned yet). You introduce drugs that induce hallucinations and a wide range of emotions like paranoia, anger and fear, and you're asking for innocent people to be killed... vehicular manslaughter included. I'm all for legalizing weed(because it mellows people out), so long as you are absolutely not allowed to be high outside unless you are in a controlled environment(meaning you're being watched) and you shouldn't be high in indoor public places without the same kind of supervision. Weed should be enjoyed in the comfort of a home. But again, we're still running over people while intoxicated so even if weed were to be made legal with such heavy regulation, people will die because of someone that's high.

I've been listening to what's been revealed from the new Megadeth album coming out. The first 15 seconds or so is what sounds like the final mix of the song(the mixing is fucking beautiful by the way, absolutely perfect). The whole thing was pulled from a video Roadrunner Records released. The rest of the video was footage of Andy Sneap demonstrating the mixing process. Headcrusher's the name of the song. If you've had instant pudding, flavored chips, cereal, cake, pastries, soup, sauce, certain varieties of rice, powdered drink mixes, ice cream/ice pops, candy, gum, jam, mustard, yogurt, noodles, pickles, yadda yadda yadda... then you've been exposed to tartrazine(YN5), and we've been making babies just fine. The reason you're seeing tartrazine disappear in some of these products is that out of all of the food coloring dyes, this one seems to trigger more allergic reactions and has been linked to hyperactivity in children.

I hate screaming/death vocals... most of the time. I'm very particular about what I like out of that stuff. I've done a lot of sighing trying to find new bands to listen to, when the first bit of the song sounds great and then the screaming comes in and it goes to hell and becomes just unlistenable for me. I do like: Protest The Hero(mostly singing, some screaming and occasional death-style vocals) Slipknot(the older stuff in particular) Cannibal Corpse(very very recent Cannibal Corpse, like Kill and Evisceration Plague, though that has to do with production values being better than ever on the instruments. To be fair I think Chris Barnes is horrible) EDIT: Come to think of it the last Death album wasn't bad either.

I've got an Acer Aspire notebook. Not exactly what you're asking about but I think a review on the experience of the brand is valid. It performs as it's supposed to and doesn't give me any issues. I've owned it for 4 years, using it for programming and old school gaming at college, and it still works great. The touch pad gets real quirky though. When I move my finger across the touch pad, the mouse moves with it, and when I let go, it's like the touch pad rewinds my finger movement and the mouse goes back in the direction where it was. This doesn't happen all the time, but it happens enough to where I carry a mouse along with my laptop. That's about my only complaint. EDIT: Magic Konami number as my post count, 573.
