I would love to but I'm not 100% sure if I can commit although this would be perfect given the catchphrase

I've thought about it for a while and figured if I was gonna build something new then I'd go for a white build as a fun project. I'm sold on going with a Lian Li PC-O11 in white as my case. The reason I asked opinions about liquid vs air was mainly because I do like liquid for the aesthetics but wasn't sure if was worth the hassle or not. I'd probably just stick to air and get some extra RGB case fans to make up for the aesthetics. The one thing that's holding me back is the GPU. I would like a 2070S but I'm not feeling the $500 price that comes with it. I know NVIDIA is having a keynote on the 14th of this month and they may announce the 3000 Series. I've been considering going with a 1660S as a temporary GPU to save some money and wait to see if any of the 2000 Series drop in price when the 3000 Series release.

I'm lazy af to use PCPartPicker soooo recommend me a build because I need a new tower. I'd prefer to spend $1200 but the max I'll go is $1400. I'm also curious to know from you guys: do you use liquid cooling or air cooling and why do you prefer it?

Since I got tagged based on this quote I'll chime in quickly. While this idea may sound like it works in theory, the only thing that must be taken into account is that it would not be consistently every 7 days in between because ATs need to work in the backend as well. The server would always have a few days of downtime depending on how stable the server has been built for each mode that gets worked on by whomever. The reasons why we do monthly rather than weekly are because it gives ET time to discuss what event should be pursued next based on community feedback, it allows the ATs who offer to build the server to have some time to make it and test it with others, and it ensures that our ATs will not be burnt out either because their main purpose is to focus on the servers they are devoting their time to manage and not just server events.

The awards are getting a complete overhaul with the new forums. We won't be adding a game donor award but instead we're changing the skin donor one to be an item donor award. This hasn't been done yet even though we've discussed it a while ago because it's not really a high priority when we want to completely redo all the awards for our new forums.

It's because GMoD has the magneto stick which is capable of picking up any object including bodies. I don't think this can be replicated in CS:GO otherwise I'm pretty sure Retro would've been able to do it ages ago lol. In my opinion, it's one of the fun aspects from TTT in Garry's Mod because of the ability to pick up anything and play with objects, but I don't think any CS:GO TTT server has this function figured out.

We've discussed it at an AT-level for a bit but never really pushed forward because I think we're currently maxed out on server IPs and would need to order some more for when we're ready to expand into other gamemodes. There is interest within the AT team to run one but for now we'll continue to keep this under review.
