  5. This is a completely unfair match up. Admins have the power to ban, kick, mute, gag, slap, and so many more extreme commands. The regulars have no chance of fighting back against this onslaught of advanced technology. I propose that we limit the power of the central administration. It's just not fair. :/ undercover admins are an infringement and should not be allowed.

  7. I love music. Nothing gets me happier than listening to some Fleetwood Mac or Eagles. Eagles are good band. Everything they have put out has been good. Do you have anything that you always like to listen to? 50's music is some of my favorite as well. Presley is one of the greats. Other artists are great as well. Some are better than others. To get in a good mood I usually listen to a song that I have stuck in my head. So what are some that you listen to get you up? Trying to play instruments has been a challenge for me. One time I tried guitar and borked a string. Guitar was dropped pretty quickly. Even some easy things have gotten me confused. Trying and practicing drives me though. Regularly practicing has shown improvement. Even as much as now being able to strum a guitar. Gotta keep trying. Don't believe me? Read the first letter of every sentence.

I think that with the growing community and the ever supportive donators and VIPs, along with our new marketing heads, merchandising is the way to go. This is just a quick mockup of a design, but I think that this would look very good.   9. The dude on the phone that I talked to was really cool. He walked me through the whole process. My GTX 970 gave out about a week ago, and I sent it to get RMA'd. I sent it before labor day weekend and they got it last Thursday. They didn't give me a message back until today. If it could have pooped out earlier then that would have been nice since I had to deal with the weekend taking up a lot of business days. The whole process is pretty straight forward and I recommend doing it with their customer service over the phone. It should take 1-3 business days for them to process it once they get the card, and depending on your shipping you should get it back in 4-7 days.
  10. Are you telling me that you didn't donate when you first joined the server? It is a requirement to donate when you join and if you were playing on the server without paying the donation fees then the server administrators will have to ban you immediately. jk bro, donate at your own pace

  12. As fun as the theme of the map is, the map is still a labyrinth. Many of the corridors look the same, there is nothing in one area that particularly stands out. The map is also slightly dark and there are fewer assault rifles than there are SMGs and shotguns which makes people more inclined to be closer to each other. Most of the T rooms on the map are pretty gimmicky and can be used to kill people through the 1 way windows because of bullet penetration. The rooms can see large areas of the map and if the traitors don't leave them then it can get pretty boring to spectate. The rooms can be avoided for the most part but to get back to the center room you must pass at least 1 trap room or a choke point. That isn't necessarily bad, but it makes for some easy kills. Most of the time when I am playing the map a few people start to try to RTV but these are usually the people that don't like to play anything other than the 3 most popular maps all the time. I like the map but it suffers a few gameplay problems that stem from the theme. When the server population gets low the map starts to become dull because when it is down to the last 2-4 people and the radar bugs out the rounds really stretch on. I'd prefer if it stayed on the server since it isn't technically broken and it is more of a older favorite of Gmod players.

Fully armed including: -Guns -30+ Player spawns -Cuebmaps -New 3D Skybox so that you don't look like you are floating in the middle of nowhere -Retexturing to reduce filesize (yeah sure, bud; none-the-less, the textures are arguably better and changing some of the textures and models knocked about 15 MB off the size) -Fixing everything being prop_dynamic_overrides to only somethings being prop_dynamic overrides -HDR Lighting -I have added ladders to the side balconies for gameplay/non-exploitable location purposes -I almost forgot; Pineapples! Description: The map itself is pretty small and closequarters, almost like TS Chinese except not quite as large. Pretty much every room has more than one entrance. The map is based off the board game of Clue(do), unlike the map Clue which is based on the movie. All credit is due to the original creator, all I did was port it for CSGO TTT. The theme was originally something from a WWII Normandy idea, and Day of Defeat: Source would have provided with a lot of content. But after I finished the map the first time, the DOD:S content and excess prop lighting just took up too much of the file size to keep in the map. I had to replace all the original barbed wire with standard fencing, replace almost all of the DOD:S models, and many of the textures I had used to keep the size low. The size was originally 218 MB, I've cut it down to 118. I wasn't sure what could be kept, so I removed all except the flak 38's. These are all I really wanted to keep in the map since my theme was abolished. In the end though, I'm happy that I took the time to create the map. It was definitely a learning experience and for my first completed map that I had actually made by scratch, I am pleased with it. I am thankful for this chance to map as, for the first time, I had a real reason to get into mapping. I first had the idea about a month before the contest, and I took inspiration from the TTT Island map and Medal of Honor Allied Assault: Breakthrough. There is bunker in one of the Afrika levels that I thought had the perfect design that I wanted to replicate. After I finally had enough free time, I had the entire map blocked out to start within two days. The first two days made me realize I could make a pretty good map with just 1(+2) weeks left in the contest. This contest made me realize that I had a ton of fun mapping. Again, thanks for the awesome opportunity to engage in mapping for the community! I'm not sure if I should make a map request or just post here since the thread says to do either. also
  17. Does the map need to have a navigation mesh packed in? I know that the server doesn't use bots but I do recall that sometimes when the server broke it would try to generate a nev mesh. I'm just wondering because I'm really tryna save on size after I had to gutter my map from using a lot of custom content. EDIT: Also because my map takes a super long time to generate a nav mesh and I've already done it once on an older version.
