Within reason and if it really was accidental, use your better judgement, it was an accident, slay or don't slay, its not a terribly big deal. That's.. not really abusing. If anything, it makes sure you keep a distance from them incase you decide to pull anything funny or blow yourself up. Before it was freeze, but since the afk freeze rule was clarified, its used more frequently to prevent a T from knifing or blocking while knifing and saying that the CT is baiting. TL;DR: Don't see how this is abuse at all.

Depends on what floats your boat, what your policy with the bank is on unauthorized widthdrawals, and other things. If you're more comfortable using cash, always make sure you try to split it as much as possible as opposed to keeping it all in one place. For example, some people might keep all their cash on them in their backpack for convinence and whatnot but its usually best to split it into small amounts and only bring what you need (provided your hotel room or wherever else you're storing the rest of your valuables and money is secure). If your policies with the bank is favorable and they've been understanding in the past with unauthorized widthdrawals, by all means, use a card if you like but try to keep an eye on your account balance just in case. Also the luggage and bag locks that lock the zippers are nice but keep in mind that they're merely deterrents and if someone wants the stuff inside, they can just break the zipper seam easily. Keep an on your belongings, yourself, and your surroundings and remember to have fun
