  1. The razer one way is fine, there's no point in changing it. The map is already mostly T sided so giving the CTs a one way helps balance it out. Also if you scope in on it with any scoped weapon it disappears.
  2. If you are going to complain about how bad JB is then come up with some stuff to fix it instead of just complaining. This post is useless and does nothing for JB or its condition as a server. The current state of the rules is good and working fine. If you don't find the server fun then don't play it, we have plenty of other gamemodes, but the fact that JB has a good population shows that people like it and think it's fun.
  3. Here's my opinion on this, it's mostly blends from Gokus and ExRevs posts. First of all there are 2 different orders that have to do with the crouching movement. We have "Crouch Walk" and "Crouch" For example, "Crouch to pool" or "Crouch Walk to pool" So, on the order "Crouch to pool" the order, no jumping would not be implied, because you can jump while crouched. On the order "Crouch Walk to pool", no jumping would be implied because if you jump, you are no longer walking, you are jumping. I think making the order "Crouch to pool" having jumping implied would create more problems than it would fix. For example, the regs would be all over the forums asking if this was implied or if that was implied. I think a better solution would be to leave this up to how the CT words his order.
  4. If this is true then I'm sure it was a coincidence, like I said I'll test it tonight with an AO.
  5. Camping is allowed if they are helping their team or if it the last CT, not delaying. Find other ways to rebel, the vents and armory aren't the only ways.
  6. I highly doubt it was Spy that crashed the server if it worked on the server later, doesn't make much sense. I'll have the map tested and see what happens.

  8. The rule thread has been changed and it matches now. The rule is Special orders are allowed, but not to be abused. I'll get someone to match the Updated Rules thread with the Mega Thread and Changeling. Its updated, Thanks @matt
  9. Just as a note, please don't spam admins in admin chat, if someone RDMs or Freekills you just send 1 message of what happened and leave it alone.
  10. A CT can camp as long as he is helping his team, or if he is the last CT, not delaying. Also this would just allow all the Ts to run through vents every round and ruin the entire game mode.
  11. Deathgames are still allowed but you can't force them. We tried forced deathgames and they didn't work, I don't think they will be added back.
  12. Im going to respond based on the numbers you put about the feedback. 1. I agree. 2. I disagree, if a person is AFK, give him 1 warning shot and if he remains AFK, kill him. He was delaying. 3. You can tell Ts to drop their nades, so thats not an issue. 4. Theres nothing in the rules saying more than 1 warning shot is required. Edit: 5. Deny the LR. Also imo JB is pretty great already.
  13. I voted Remove, here's why... After playing this map for a good amount of time and having regulars show me all the secrets around the map, I decided that the map has way too many secrets for how small and compact it is. The Ts have way too many ways to rebel and some of the ways are way too easy to achieve. For example, a ton of Ts can get out of cells immediately. Where they have many secrets they can go to right off the bat. Just to compare this to one of our most popular maps, Electric Razor, that map only has 3 ways to escape escape cells, VIP cell vent, soccer teleporter and pool teleporter. Except the difference is that only 1 or 2 people can spawn in those cells. On tropical you see like 8 people already out of cells before you get your guns, which is dumb. Not to mention the many secrets you can access when you leave the cells, can go to the floating circle thingy that teles you to a room with a PPbizon and deagle, you can go to the boats and onto the other island, you can take a teleport on top of cells, you can go into the one way under VIP, Ect. So basically on round start we have a warday 90% of the time and it isn't how JB is supposed to be played. Not to mention on the other island there are so many secrets it's ridiculous. There is a scout just laying on the ground, there is an armoury teleporter that takes no effort to get, Ect. The amount of secrets makes this map very terrible imo, I don't think it belongs on SG.
  14. If you pick it up accidently then yes the CT should give you time to drop it, but this is very situational, since having a primary is KOS. This can be hard to judge sometimes but if I saw a T running around with a gun on his back doing the order he was supposed to I'd probably tell the T he has a gun and to drop it and if he doesn't then kill him. If you run into a gun on purpose though you will most likely be killed immediately though, just saying.
  15. I believe it is to make the process go faster. For example, if you edit a map and it gets added then you have met the requirements to receive the mapper award. So you request it, and to help the CA+ giving you the award you would site the thread where your map got added so the CA+ wouldn't have to go looking for it. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  16. I thought disco looked the same, vents were dark but you have more vision with dim lights then the brigh as hell red ones in vents.
  17. Bread uploaded the map and it was tested, it works perfectly, just so you know.
  18. Fixed it. I added knives under every T and CT spawn point. I tried using a Player Equip entity but it still didn't work no matter what I did and I don't know why. Thanks @Krest` for sending me the original VMF so I didn't have to fix decompiling errors. Thanks @Bread for letting me test shit on JB even though it was unsuccessful. A fix could be if sm_give was whitelisted as a command a map can tell the server and then ill add a logic_auto that gives people knives, but thats up to @Jake.
  19. How can you possibly be ignored if you have power over them? If you warn them and they keep doing it, kick them. If they keep going after that ban them. Is it really that hard?
  20. I think I'd be much more immature. I started out playing games at about 9 or so, and playing as that squeaker kid, you grow much faster because you become ashamed of immaturity because you're made fun of for it. (Atleast that's how I felt back then)

  22. They are delaying, if they are missing the jump every time, especially if it's easy, you can warning shot. I usually give 2 or 3 tries just for good measure but they are delaying.
  23. There are certain special orders we allow, the special orders rule is meant to stop CTs from abusing single Ts, like putting them in ISO all round. I think giving a T a free day for winning a deathgame is fine.
