For once I'm late to the party but I'll sum up what everyone else said. Making a rule for every little situation maybe considered thorough but overall it creates an oversaturation of rules that leads to complications & loopholing.

Recently Gameinformer came out with an article (link here) about the work being done on Half Life 3 and it is looking like the game is not going to get released for the next few years or likely- never. My personal prediction is that eventually they'll use Half Life 3 as a get out of jail freecard when shit like CS, DOTA, and such start to take a downturn & I think a massive policy at Valve is to lie out your ass about the Half Life games as much as possible. Anyway really interesting article, if you're a fan it's worth the read.

I think it's a good idea but I disagree with implementing it. As you mentioned when CTs are terrible it sometimes requires someone to switch to help them. When I'm on the server if I see the CTs struggling I tend to switch teams to even things out regardless of ratio because depending on the map, skill level and amount teamwork between the CTs they could really use the assistance. Good idea though!

I'm at school but I believe both TeamSpeak and Steam individually have options that screw with your volume mixer.

I actually use this skin to not get shot by CT's and have for around 4 months now. It actually works & helps people not immediately recognize you're not a CT before it's too late. Mentioned this to @Dominic , @Herpz (a victim of my shenanigans as T) among some of the other PB regulars in the past but never actually thought it needed removed. In a way I don't want it removed cause it's a nice skin, but it confusing people is definitely a real thing that @Spiritwind is not exaggerating. If it's decided that it's going to get removed I guess we could refund points or somehow replace it and give the alternative skin to people? If we can't refund points then it's whatever, its not necessarily fair but such is life.

I believe it comes down to discretion of whatever a reasonable amount of time is in that specific situation. Generally most people should be able to react within a second or two of the order being given. Again, its entirely circumstantial though, if 12 year old vocalist Robby122 is singing his new hot mixtape on his mic you & your fellow prisoners should be expected to not follow the order straight away as there is some confusion involved. Anyway if you encounter a situation like this where CTs are unreasonably giving out warning shots or abusing the freeze command submit a demo or call an admin. The official rules state Good question though.

When you post a suggestion people are supposed to give their analysis on your suggestion and why they think it's a bad idea or great idea. It doesn't need to state in the rules or info that's just how giving a suggestion in any situation works. In the real world you don't get to tell someone "End of discussion" in your meanest dad voice & retreat to your safespace. When you give a suggestion expect criticism.

He could probably criticize the suggestion rather than making insinuations on why you want something added, but when you make a post in the Suggestions Box you should be prepared for criticism and stick to the discussion.

They're obviously different, that was my point. Giving a restricted freeday is the closest and most reasonable alternative. Do that order-otherwise you end up forcing people to rebel. As far as repeating orders go it really doesn't matter what you can & can't do because there is a less than 50% chance an admin will be on to enforce the rules.

If you want a Warday give all the Prisoners a Freeday and restrict a certain area for the CTs to wait. Otherwise you end up forcing people into rebelling which due to a lack of admins will end in way too many people giving the same bland order over and over again.

Map isn't in English which is honestly a pretty big problem seeing the way all the buildings are styled but other than that it's a very good map with lots to do. The only other issue is the file size being large but that comes down to @Jake 's discretion @Krest` is there a possibility you could translate the map from Hebrew to English and re upload a different version to the Steam Workshop?

Map is extremely small, only 8 cells & I'm not sure there even there is enough spawn points/space to support our server. Pretty ugly with rooms thrown all over the place with some really horrific looking glass texture. The armory didn't seem to spawn weapons which I'm not sure is a side effect of running the map locally or if it's an actual issue-another issue within the armory is that the HE & incendiary grenades weren't being dispensed either no matter how many times I smashed my face on the use key. This map is an all around piece of shit.

I'll update this if I think of anything else. I'm really divided on this one to be honest. Personally- the CTs are so garbage nowadays that getting rid of AFK Freeze might be pretty detrimental to them. @Mad Dogg brings up a good point with this statement though When I'm on CT AFK Freeze is very useful for short weapon checks & such.. sadly that's not the only way it gets used. The main issue I have with AFK Freeze is that we end up standing still in front of our cells for a minute straight+ and as Mad Dogg said, you end up getting shot for trying to reset AFK timer as to not get slayed/swapped. Maybe admins just need to start giving out harsher punishments to CTs who abuse it because quite frankly they're wasting the entire servers time & ruining the game mode for people. Taking it away might be the route to go, but we have to acknowledge we're taking a tool away from the CT's and that it's removal may hurt the equilibrium of the server a bit.
