We did have a conversation on whether or not the AO team should be given a manager but we decided that as of right now there won't be one and that the BD's will have a more direct line of communication and role in guiding and helping the AO's. The idea of having an AO manager is absolutely not off the table and can be brought back if we feel the current way isn't working but we hope it doesn't come to that. That's the plan. Seriously? I would have understood why you'd ask this if you didn't keep up with the forums often but you literally read the Rank Restructuring thread released over a week ago where our plan and reasoning behind these changes are laid out. I genuinely cannot tell if you wrote this purposefully to make us out to look bad but we did exactly what you claimed we didn't in terms of transparency. The only thing I suppose needing clarification would be our 'end goal' as that wasn't mentioned in any recent thread because we didn't feel the need to clarify on something that has practically never changed. Its always been to grow our CSGO servers and branch out however we can with the clearest lines of communication throughout our staff ranks, hence these latest changes. Also, half of our BD did not change. We had 2 people who stepped down due to their own personal reasons and one person join it to fill in some of the gaps. That's it.

My reply in my admin app was not just a couple sentences but instead the length of an average essay, something that isn't seen very often. Lol again, like I responded to you on discord I wasn’t arguing against what you had said rather I was clarifying on the term “mass shootings” agreed upon definition by major new outlets and those who watch them. In this sense it made sense for me to clarify on the definition as we were talking about the number of mass shootings and number of school shootings.

The definition of "Mass Shooting" isn't universally agreed upon as there is no law that defines the term. The closest that comes to it is the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 that defines "mass killings" but not mass shooting. However, major media outlets and other groups including CNN define mass shootings as "four or more shot (injured or killed) in a single incident, at the same general time and location, not including the shooter.'' So even though you say the term is typically referred to the extreme scenarios such as Parkland and the Las Vegas incident it's best to be careful with this assumption as many agree and/or are used to the way in which the media defines mass shootings and go along with it. I think you may have misread or misinterpreted what you had seen. I can't find anywhere mentioning over 200 school shootings but rather over 200 mass shootings as @Gentoolinked a source. I did find however a npr article recently written mentioning how many school shootings have taken place this year however, none of them are considered "mass shootings" (besides the latest texas shooting ofc) per the major media outlets definition. npr source - https://www.npr.org/2022/05/24/1101050970/2022-school-shootings-so-far Anyway these latest tragedies (including the buffalo NY shooting) could have very easily been avoided through the passage of background checks like H.R. 8 and increasing the age that can purchase these weapons from 18 to 21. We're currently working towards refining and polishing our discord to hopefully become partnered so no, discord won't just 'flip the switch' on us when we're adhering to all discord rules and guidelines. TeamSpeak would most definitely be a net negative in terms of our financial status as we wouldn't be gaining more subscriptions for just creating and maintaining a TeamSpeak server. But besides the financial argument, why would we want to split our attention from discord into a lesser known and lesser used communication application that our targeted demographics don't use nearly as often as they use discord. TeamSpeak is great when it comes to reminiscing the great times and moments we had on it but its just that now, there's no viable future for it (at least not in our current situation as a community).

This west coast potato lover has been around for quite some time and has proven to us that he is ready to take on more responsibilities. With that being said please give a warm welcome to your newest Design and Stream team member f0x (f0x). You also get the choice to choose which color you would want your name to be on the forums so message me which one you prefer! His new Design Team responsibilities will include: Manage forum and community website themes and layouts Manage all forum and community images (awards, rankbars, etc) Manage forum design sections (signature/avatar requests, etc) Work with Marketing team to manage branding and community logos/external advertising Work with Game Divisions to keep in-game branding and design (map textures for SG) up to date and relevant Work with Marketing team to manage social media accounts (Youtube, Twitch, etc) and...
