You’re definitely overreacting by saying this will make things complicated. If anything, this simplifies the understanding of gunplanting to CTs giving T’s weapons being against the rules. I completely agree with starlegend that this is just a loophole due to the new update of CTs having another item of choice to drop to the Ts that can potentially harm and kill CTs. I’ll suggest a wording change to the rule: "• Gunplanting - When a CT gives a T a gun or a HE grenade (not including smoke, flash, or decoy grenades).” I’ll just explain now that you should keep the “(not including smoke, flash, or decoy grenades)” in the rule just to clear any misunderstandings that certain people with reading comprehension issues will have lol

There's just so much wrong with this post. You literally go from saying this thread was to encourage satirical trash talk to then defending the "effort" you guys put in coming up with this idea/thread and than revert back to saying it was a joke because realones have better players and it would have been a wipe out. Its really obvious now that there was a clear miscommunication if the intent of this thread was to not be taken seriously at all seeing as Daft's OP literally says: I never said you guys put minimal effort. Making the thread and coming up with the idea is great and all but you need to actually set it up alongside the server managers/event coordinators, plan schedules for teams, and get permission to have the match streamed. You guys started the process of having an event but are nowhere near actually implementing it. This is why I emphasized in my post about being a proper host. This being said, after reading your post like ten different times to see if I missed anything I still cannot decipher if you really wanted this event to take place or just to be another shit show thread. My first post in this thread was a serious response and I was then also responded to it seriously. Confirming to myself and realones that this might be an actual event you guys wanted to take place which is why realones started planning and even went as far as creating a team roster. You even went on to discuss the struggle and challenges it takes on scheduling a match between different peoples lives and school hours. Yes, every event (especially SGSL/scrim/wingman events) has these struggles, this is not new to any of us so I don't know why you started mentioning forcing people to play a game rather than go to school. That's just absurd and we have never forced any players or staff to prioritize SG over their real life duties. Yeah sure I'll admit I could have softened up my response but as I said multiple times, we genuinely believed you guys wanted to have this event take place and than to say that we didn't have the intent to play was ridiculous. Anyways, this post and this entire thread has been completely derailed from the initial intent (or I guess what was presumably the initial intent of wanting this event take place) so I'm going to lock this thread before any more gets out of hand. If you guys actually want to commit to this thread PM me and we'll create a new official event thread with proper oversight from server managers and event coordinators. My final message to this entire situation would be that its become very clear that the "fun trash talk" between realones and good guys have gotten out of hand and taken a bit of a more serious tone so I'm telling all of you, members of both realones and good guys, stop the trash talk before this beef becomes something more serious like we have seen many times over the past few years.

You never reached out to us to schedule the match. If you're gonna host a match then actually put in the work to host it. Plus we legit asked and are waiting on confirmation if we could stream this match on the official SG stream or not. You wrote that you request the match to be streamed and yet you didnt bother to @ the ones in charge of streaming or pm them, we're doing more work on setting this up than you. Hold the L and wait for them to reply to us before you start shit talking again.
