I think there should be a way to disable cosmetics but only for player models, auras and hats, as other cosmetics don't really interfere too much (such as masks, model color, nade skins and trails, bullet trails and paintballs, and particle trails). This would definitely benefit, as people would not have such a hard time aiming at weirdly shaped models/hats, and would not be distracted or blocked by the bulky auras. In terms of VIP/Sub, maybe only certain player models would be disabled: the ones that are generally the same shape as a normal CSGO model would be fine I guess.

Honestly, there are multiple strategies to get easy points, in which I will name a few: - Left - Right click a CT that has been dinked by a pistol (usually USP or glock), usually this results in an easy kill - Gang up with other Ts to swarm a CT who has gotten too close (requires communication) - Gang up with other Ts to rush the hell out of a secret (usually works, with the exception of campers) - Movement through multiple secrets at the start of the round to get to an optimal point to pick off CTs (For example, on electric, go VIP - Locker Room - 2nd Shower - Soccer - Soccer scout - Awp Window) - Getting you or your team to Jihad and eliminate some CTs, this usually causes chaos with the primaries on the floor resulting in easy kills - Staying in your cell until the CTs forget about you, and then waiting for a new order. Usually you can get behind the CTs and get an easy backstab and possibly some kills That's about all the tips I'll give you, but there are definitely more strategies to get easy points quick.

You can just say "special orders revoked". Honestly, the only reason that a miscommunication would happen would be if a) CTs don't listen to other CTs' orders, which is a huge problem right now in my opinion or b) Everyone is screaming in their mics and you cannot hear a thing. This can be easily fixed by refraining from giving special orders until all the screaming has died down, so that a) CTs who don't listen will be able to hear with clarity and b) it is audible. Saying "special orders revoked" implies that the Ts who had special orders have to follow the normal orders, which fixes this situation, its just the matter of the ability of the CTs.

Maybe this can be implemented on the CT side so they can have more organization and co-operation. I believe that in the current state of JB, there are good CTs who enforce, and CTs who camp because they don't know how to enforce/play CT. Allowing a team voice chat for CTs would allow the CTs to say "guard this secret" or "make sure they don't go here" or "keep one person in armory/vents", etc. Instead of implementing the team voice chat on the already OP T side, the CT side may benefit from the teamwork that comes from a team voice chat, preventing Ts from rebelling and allowing CTs to teach each other as well; it's hard to explain how a CT broke the rules when you have FO going on or something like that.

I am also a fan of this because this allows CTs to harness the power of secrets into their own spots to hide, this allows a more enjoyable experience on CT as now you can just spray everyone down without a care about warning shots and freekills, it would definitely appeal to the CT side as well as the T side, which will make the server more fun. Limiting the number of wardays to 1 per map is a great way to limit the use of the wardays, but I think that allowing another warday after 2 extends (20 more minutes) would allow for less boredom of Ts constantly rebelling and CTs constantly not being able to enforce everyone. Since originally, the maps are 20 minutes long, once another 20 minutes or 2 extends are added, I believe another warday can be added as well.

Maybe there can be some deathgame addition that can be activated on any map, with select deathgames that don't require the maps to have physical deathgames as options after a certain time and player requirement.

This was already a thing before, years ago, when the server was more chill. I don't think our JB server now will be able to handle this responsibility especially when there are 30+ people on. It definitely will not be fun as, for example, let's say that there are 30+ people dead spectating a shot 4 shot between two people who's aim decided to give out on them. Imagine the horror for our ears as we forget the command !md, as our mental state slowly deteriorates due to the sheer amount of sound entering our ears. The end. Also, the TTT server has way less people on most of the time compared to JB. I would rather give responsibility to 10 people than 20 people, especially since JB has so many more rules that can be broken and complained about.

I think it might be the fact that a lot of the times when people were dead, they would micspam, complain, scream, etc. There is really nothing to prove by using VC instead of text chat when you're dead, it also allows the admins (who can use VC) to communicate with dead players without interference. Dead voice chat was a thing years ago, but was removed because maybe it was too loud and unuseful.

I could do backflips and would do them off of everything. It was just a copied version of real-life and I could do backflips (I was also conscious of myself). Sickest shit ever. I would also land the backflip every time no matter what I jumped off of. Backflip here, backflip there. Backflip off the car, backflip off the toilet, you get the idea.
