  1. It will severely nerf the CTs as the Ts would have a whole 2 seconds of grace period that would allow them to aim and pop the heads of the CTs. I don't think this should be allowed, and most CTs give the Ts at least half a second to drop primaries, I rarely see a T get instantly killed for touching a primary that was dropped by either a CT or a T. Giving Ts more time to hold primaries will result in more panic kills, more "freekill" complaints, and less incentive to play CT side as they will be utterly destroyed every round this occurs. Just my opinion on this.
  2. To add onto this, any catwalks/ladders that serve no purpose other than to get guns are also KOS.
  3. Nah i just beat all of them without doing your dirty knifing
  4. Good start Meggi! If this was going to be a full-fledged guide maybe work on your grammar a little bit. Also would like to add: Add the part about the T making their own rules as long as it is reasonable and is not ambiguous/can be understood. And here add the part about the winning conditions for LR: you either kill the CT, or the CT gets killed (RPS exclusive) I don't know where you will add this, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD THE VITAL POINT that CT orders DO NOT APPLY when you are in LR, whether it is the order from the CT you are LRing or other CTs, they cannot give you orders when you are in an ACTIVE LR please get some grammar checking add on

  8. Benzene, I understand your standpoint, however, we should be looking at the main goal for the Ts: Rebelling and taking over the prison BY killing all the CTs. The whole point of the term rebelling is for a T, in some way, shape, or form, to eliminate the CT team, whether it is directly or indirectly. Having a T "rebel" by sitting in the corner of a map and not doing anything productive really goes against the whole point of the T side objective: it doesn't help the Ts at all (if there are any left) and doesn't start "chaos" because all the CTs are doing is searching like in hide and seek. I believe that delaying as a T does go against the very point of the game, as long as certain circumstances are met: - There are no more other Ts remaining - The T is absolutely doing nothing to try to actually kill the CTs (as they are kos) - The T is so far away/hidden that there will be a very low chance of finding them (like if they were hiding using the box cosmetic on clouds) If the remaining T(s) fall under this criteria I can safely say that they are indeed just holding up the round, as they are not trying to put an effort to even either a) Rebel and kill the CTs or b) Follow the CTs orders. This is what I think when I think of "Ts delaying the rounds"

  10. This is exactly what I think when I hear the term "Ts delaying". This doesn't mean a T is hiding from the main group; it's when the T is hiding when there IS NO GROUP.
  11. I think what you guys have all said are points that are valid, but I think in this case we are talking about the certain situation of the last T(s) camping. I think in the case of a T hiding while there is a main group of Ts, it would make sense not to take action, however, when there is only, lets say, one T alive and he's just sitting on the other side of a large map with ZERO chance of winning, action should be taken, but it's really a one in a thousand chance of happening. Revising what I said, unless we are going to be picky with the rules, it definitely is a problem, but not large enough to change the rules for.
  12. I think that T delaying is a very specific situation, as most of the time the Ts either wipe out the CTs or vice versa. We can see a lot of situations where the last CT delays the entire round and is subject to a warning and a slay. As a CT, the goal is to keep the Ts in check and eliminate all rebellers, which is why delaying/camping is not allowed and is subject to a slay. On the flip side, we can see that the T's goal is to rebel and kill off the CT team. Rebelling without doing anything really wastes everyone's time, and I think the delay/camping rule can be applied in these circumstances. If one (or more, depending on the situation) T(s) camp something without actually trying to kill CTs while still being rebellers, I think that action can be put in place to hurry things up and prevent a wild goose chase to find the last T. I don't think a T should be punished for camping/delaying the rebellion if they aren't the last T (as in the game can still be played without them), but in the case of being the last T, the round is pretty much over and there would be no point in wasting everybody's time in delaying the round. I think that if this was implemented on JB, we should have a warning to either tell the T to move and do something, or to at least reveal their location so the CTs can get to them, so the camping T can have a chance at winning. I don't think the same punishment of slaying is necessary, but definitely revealing one's location and banning off of multiple/many offenses would be ideal. EDIT: Also, the subject of admin discretion will also be a factor in determining whether the T is delaying the round or not
  13. It's in the stats page, just click stats and search up your name, and then click the server corresponding to your name that you want to see playtime. You can see total accumulated playtime in the first section of your stats that has your profile picture.
  14. I was here before the jihad nerf, shit was crazy back then I think someone once got like 8 kills with a jihad, but 4 kills with the jihad nerf is pretty good
  15. B) anything to annoy everyone
  16. Ah yes. The Jihad strikes again

  18. This is what I am talking about. As RemixedPixel said, we don't really have a definition of if a secret is a cosmetic or KOS; by definition, cosmetic items should be KOS as they are hidden in the map, but are not considered to be. I think a clear definition for CTs to know will help them kill off Ts, and will also help them from distinguishing whether a T is KOS or not.
  19. The main question is: are cosmetic secrets KOS? Cosmetic secrets are secrets on maps that really don't have any in-game value, it just changes the way your player model looks (for example, the box on clouds or the compass on arcade). In the rules, it classifies as all "secrets" are kos, but I think that just picking up a decoy or bomb that doesn't modify gameplay wouldn't really be considered a secret that gives an advantage to the Ts. I think that cosmetic secrets that give you an actual advantage (like infinite nades or gravity changing cosmetics) should actually be KOS as they give an advantage to the Ts in some way. I want your opinions on this question since right now there is a lot of confusion on whether you should or should not kill a person with a cosmetic secret, sometimes CTs kill you for having them, sometimes they don't. I would also like to know where the line would be drawn between a secret and a cosmetic if there is any at all. Of course, this is in no way trying to buff the T side to destroy the CT side as they are already getting annihilated, but it really helps to draw a line between what is KOS and what is not KOS for CTs to follow so that they can manage themselves better.
  20. This is just infinity abusing admin powers (aka the event next week)
  21. Will there be a set amount of perks that the guards and prisoners get for each map? Or will it be completely random by using a roulette wheel each round? Will be a fun event, will be there!
  22. I think the ladder going to the secret may be KOS because the ladder does not function as anything else except leading to the scout, just my opinion if the scout is really considered a "secret"
