In my opinion either FFA stays and gets worked on, or they both go. Having one FFA server is genuinely not they way to go. FFA doesn’t really bring players into the community. You know what does? 1v1 or KZ. Servers where players can just go in and relax and talk to some fellow gamers are far superior to servers like FFA. Especially when we only have two FFA servers, it sort of feels like just wasted space. I’d like to add onto this later when I’m not on my phone. Just putting my opinion out there tho.

To add onto my opinion of this. I think it’s clear that F2P CS has helped the population of many of our servers, but it also has made the amount of cheaters much more apparent. Whether or not having prime servers is the best place to go, I believe the possibly most simplest way of dealing with this guy would to just enable prime accounts only for about a week or two, see if he just completely leaves and goes to another community, then turn it off and see if he comes back.

A big reason we keep these maps that are the same, is mostly due to the server population loving them more than the other maps in rotation. To be honest I don’t think we should focus on changing the maps being played to keep players but instead, change the gameplay enough to where the game feels new and make it less map-dependent. A big issue that we face with at least TTT and JB was the lack of map variety. In my opinion though, the general playerbase much rather play the same few maps over and over again, so long as the game stays organic and fresh, with new plugins and items to give the players the sort of “illusion” that the game is changing. In short, it’s better to be adding and changing the gameplay in minor ways instead of trying to force new maps down players throats. Gonna edit this later and revise my ideas.

To answer your question, the amount of post has no direct influence on your chance of getting admin, if you applied. Which is sort of why the post count was lowered too. It's mostly about the quality of the post, the lower post count gives more of an opportunity for those that might not be the most"forum savvy" but are excellent examples in terms of maturity, activity, and knowledge of the rules. I'd look towards this guide which can be found in the Admin Applications sub-forum to really understand what is looked at in a person when they submit an admin app. That guide really hits all the key points, from being well known in the community to acting maturely before & after you submit your application, and also what to do if you get Rejected or Reapplied. Overall, you'll learn how to admin more or less over time. Learn from the higher ups, see what they do during a situation and if anything, pm them on steam or talk to them in TeamSpeak (or discord in a few weeks). One thing I've learned and was told from the start was that I'm unfortunately not going to be able to help everyone with their issues. Sometimes a situation arises where you can't do anything and just have to let someone go with a slap on the wrist, it's not about punishing players but instead about making sure everyone on the server is enjoying themselves.

Back when it was first put in, when the server was run by @Dominic and @All Ts, it was quickly found out that the Pros of having Noblock truly do outweigh the Cons, even if the Cons seem to appear more often than the Pros. I think If we did switch back to not having NoBlock, you and everyone else would be able to quickly see the difference, and it's only really that because we have it enabled that you see the cons, because as opposed to being blocked everywhere you go and having rounds delayed for longer than it needs to be and other issues, now the issue is that there is crossfire being involved and allegations of a "Freekill" happening everytime a T get's a gun around the other T buddies. There was a Feedback thread made a while back once this was added. Although it didn't get much traffic and lacks true feedback I think some sort of justification can be said in favor of NoBlock that nothing bad was really said at the time. Why though? Since it was a recent change people got to better see the difference in gameplay Noblock made. Honestly, I think the addition of NoBlock enabled the gameplay to change in a way that was better for everyone, since there wouldn't be times where it takes a minute and a half to get into iso, and it allows for smoother movement to be had.

So, I'm guessing you mean something like the Featured Server thing we already have for ZE. I don't know if this would be possible due to the limitations we have because of vBulletin. I like the idea as it's just trying to help promote scrim more and also makes it easier for people to find out if anyone is on scrim wanting to play but I don't think scrim should get it's own "Featured Server" Addon on the side of the front page.
